Canson makes some fine art paper.
I’ve been using Canson art paper for various mediums. Which means I’ve tried a number of their types of papers. Heavy weight cold pressed for watercolor…medium weight ring binders for drawing in color pencil, ink and graphite. I recently bought some vellum Canson at a craft store…so smooth and sturdy was the surface. The price was a bit hefty, though, despite being significantly less expensive than the better known papers, I prefer Canson. So, I was deeeelighted to find this two 25 page pad pack of Canson #100 Bristol paper. This is even smoother than the vellum. I can’t wait to see what my work will look like using this. I’m very excited. For the cost, 50 sheets for less than $20 is a very good price and the vender did a great job of shipping it quickly and with no damage. I know that I’m already very pleased with my purchase.

bad delivery method
the paper is fine. delivery was unacceptable. it was NOT left at my door but was left outside at front entrance of building. i couldnt find it and wrote a bad review of delivery which has since disappeared. hours later the manager found it at a different place and brought it to me. i like the paper which is smooth and as described but delivery methods need to be drastically improved!

Canson is my go to art paper
Canson is the drawing board I buy because it’s usually cheaper than Strathmore and readily available everywhere, plus you get more pages. I usually trim it down, but sometimes I’ll use it at 9x12. I’m drawing the Darc! mature readers comic book and a lot of it will be drawn on this board. It's great with inks and light washes.-Nathyn Brendan Masters
