Great model kit, shipped very fast from Nano Japan
The Aioshima Greek Warship is a beautiful (small) model kit. Couldn't be more delighted. Looking forward to building and painting it. Nano Japan, the retailer got it to me very quickly- fourteen days before it was due, all the way from Japan, during the pandemic. WOW!!

Great project for a meticulous beginner.
I bought this for my 15 year old son as a project for his world history class. Other than the directions being in Japanese (which they DO tell you in the description) the pictures were very easy to follow and it came together beautifully.

Tiny Greek warship
No description of the actual finished dimensions, was my main complaint when I order this for a class project. Granted foolish me should have deducted the size from the package size that is given. Either way I returned it with no hassles.

Too small, poorly made, and horrible instructions
I think I really would give this zero stars. The instructions are written in Japanese. It is so small and poorly made.

Scale 1/350?/ from my review of roman warship
First of all when i check this item from Aoshima I was very happy, cause i'm a ship modeler (my collection is in 1/350 scale), and this small ship was perfect for my collection in this scale. But reading the description of the product, the lenght is about 6.69" inches: The real dimension o a roman war ship (there are many documents about that) was about 35 meters of lenght, then if you converted on a 1/350 scale the model must be about (10 cm) or 4" of lenght. Then, the conclusion is that this roman model is not in a 1/350 scale, and the difference in size/scale is enormous for a seriuos or not so serious modeller; first of all if you notice that was a reputy's Aoshima product (with many years of experience and prestigious), and in second place that the price is quite expensive for this small model kit. I check this problem with another Aoshima's products that you offer in the same conditions: Santa Maria, Greek warship, Viking ship, all of them in a supossed 1/350 scale. Finally by the point of view of a ship modeller this was a big fraud from Aoshima, cause in my condition of a veteran modeller this is imposible to pass in any way. If you want to buy as a toy (this not was the intention of Aoshima) is too expensive, and if you want to buy as a model kit in 1/350 they make a " HUGE MISTAKE" that can't be repair, puttin this model kit on a cathegory of an absolute garbage. My intention with this review is to send directly to Aoshima, cause they are always proud of their models and thats the reason of the elevate prices of them. If you pay a big price for any product you expected to receive what are you paying for.
