Officemate Plastic Hanging File Frame, 24-27, Letter and Legal Size, 1 Set (91970)

These are GREAT! I purchased some old filing cabinets at an auction for a project in my home office. I did not know at the time that the drawers did not have the rails to hang files. When I looked the brand up online replacement inserts were around $60 each.... And I needed four. I found these on Amazon and decided to try them out. They work GREAT! Easy to assemble and adjust for my drawer length. Would highly recommend and would buy again. The ends are made of plastic Soni was worried they would not hold weight - they are loaded up and performing great!

This is easy to assemble, and fits the filing cabinet great. But, the joint doesn't lock, so if it's not balanced weight front to back, the back sometimes collapses. Then in stick heading to start from scratch... grrr. I finally used a binder clip to secure the rods on both sides, but kind of resent having to fix a problem on a product I purchased to fix a problem!

Not enough notches to fit in desk drawers - had to use a saw to cut it. But it is sturdy.

Product is great. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Other reviews point out that the rails only adjust from 24-27 inches. I knew this when I bought the racks and planned to cut the rails to size. It was even easier than I anticipated to do this by just slightly sawing the surface of the rail and then bending it free as the instructions indicate for the preconfigured lengths.

So I bought this awhile back for a project that I didn't get to work on until today. I didn't thoroughly look at the content as well as I should have and when I went to assemble it today I realized I'm missing several pieces of the kit. Only received one metal bar and two of the sides with all of the extensions. So idk what to do because I can't make it function with several key pieces missing.

A little bit of effort needed to size, then easy assembly. Sturdy and great fit for my legal sized folders.

After having the metal file holders in which a bar is held in place between two little metal pieces by a screw we had had enough. The bars constantly came out and we had to fight to get the bar back into the tiny area while holding it in place and fastening the screw. We are very pleased with these new holders. I did have to have "one of the guys" break off the metal tab to reduce the size of the bars but it was an easy task for him (I wasn't quite strong enough). These were installed within minutes and we are very happy!
