Broken but great
Cookies are great, but the entire top level was in multiple pieces, they need to be packed more securely, but that has nothing to do with the fact that they are edible and taste great

Tasted fresh and yummy. The only thing that sucked was most were broken but still edible so not really a complaint LoLI had them for about a week and the texture changed, of course, so… If you like your cookies, super soft, eat them right away. If you like your cookies, not to fall apart as you grab it out then wait a day. If you like your cookies to feel a little more durable in your hand as you take bites, then wait a day or two.

Mouth watering taste! Disappointed with condition upon arrival!
The cookies are delicious ! However, only the oatmeal raisins and chocolate chip made it whole! The rest of them were in pieces! Maybe a shipping issue but the tin was in good shape! I rate a 5 for fabulous cookies but was disappointed in the condition these arrived in. I do appreciate the service you provide!

Yummy Yummy to my tummy!
These cookies were yummy, yummy to my tummy! LOL! There are encased in a metal container that allows the cookies to remain fresh, soft and delish. It was a fight to get a few before my son's got a hold of them. Just remember who I said they would go quick, so these are perfect for a gift, a food item to bring to a potluck or just for your very own comfort food. They will be gone before you know it.

Great taste — but 2nd order crumbled.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:First batch I received were superb…delicious. So I ordered again…and was somewhat disappointed, as they were largely crumbled/too dry.

Not Great, but Quite good
This reviews the Cherry white chocolate. Great idea for flavor, and the cherries are definitely high quality. The problem is the cookies are pretty dry. Not crispy-dry, more like dried-out cake and rather unpleasant. Perhaps they would have been better directly after baking, but as it is we ended up picking out the cherries & chips and tossing out the rest.This reviews the Double chocolate. Quite good. Not nearly so dry as the cherry ones, perhaps due to the chocolate. Also not as thick as the cherry ones, so perhaps the less cake-y texture prevented dryness. Cookie part has good, rich dark chocolate flavor. Inner texture slightly chewy without being uncooked.
