Absolutely brilliant for keeping things cold for a long period BUT trying to defrost them in order to store and reuse them is a nightmare and very messy. I've now given up and thrown them away. So a good but very expensive one-off solution in the end.

These Techni Ice Sheets are the best. The majority of the other brands out there have a cloth-like backing which tear easy and they have a tendency to leak. Techni Ice Sheets do not have the cloth backing and are much more durable and sturdy. Yes, they cost more but are definitely worth it. I always take a couple with me to put in my cooler bag when I go grocery shopping. These will easily stay frozen/cold for the entire day.

Perfect for my needs

We’ve used Techni Ice for years. It stays so much cooler for a longer period of time than most others we’ve tried. This is the first time I purchased the 4 ply. It definitely feels stronger, but the 2 ply also lasted quite well.

I was given a couple of these ice sheets many years ago, and have been using them in my Golf Cooler Bag for years. They work great, bending to fit inside the smaller cooler, and around the bottles of "water" inside. They finally started to show signs of wear, and I was surprised to find them still on the market, and now in a new improved version. New version is nearly identical to the older ones, and work just as well.

Love the fact that they stay super cold. I use them for frozen foods. Only issue is that they can occasionally split, which leads to a film coming out of them which can be inconvenient. That happens after a while of use though, so the value is still good. Nothing lasts forever, so I do have to replace them from time to time.
