It is very good, but a little expensive for the amount of pieces in box. But I have made English Toffee, it is real arm workout. So I appreciate the work that goes into making this yummy treat.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews but this, well...I had been looking forward to having my chocolate itch scratched when I order these chocolate covered toffees but was somewhat eager in an anxious way in that the delivery was not going to be my standard two days but more like 5, (product actually arrived a day early :). I wondered about their no melt promise, after all, we are experiencing an Indian summer hear in NY.So I see the box and notice the sticker that says protect from heat. I'd never seen that on any of the other toffees I've ordered online. I cut open the box with an old pair of kitchen scissors, and am greeted by silver thermal wrap, inside of which is a cold pack. Would the toffee melt? Maybe, if I had it shipped to the Sahara desert. When they say no melt, they're serious!I see the folded invoice and just toss it aside...The box holding the toffee is in a protective clear plastic covering, I cut that open with the scissors and notice that embossed silver seal on two sides of the lid adhering it to the box. I decide to get a sharp knife (something about that seal said special). Inside the box, there are multiple sets containing about 5 toffees each hermetically sealed in a plastic pouch.After I took that first bite I thought, these people have to be absolutely godless, because this is just to dang sinfully delicious. So I'm enjoying taste-bud-rapture and looking over the inserts, something about a small group of people making artisan chocolate, everybody says that, but their chocolate is really good.What made it artisan for me, was when I was swallowing that last bit of toffee I picked up that discarded invoice. It contained what you would expect but there was a handwritten (in cursive) note from Luke saying “Thank You!!” Nah, man... Thank you!So yah have sea salt toffee do yah :)

I just received my toffee. Opened the box and pulled the tissue paper back and there they were! Neat morsels of chocolate covered toffee. I opened a bag and popped one in my mouth. That's right the whole piece! I am so happy. This is by far the best toffee I've tasted. Sure, it was a little pricey but when you think about this being hand-made and packaged, it's not really overpriced. The box of toffee was packaged in a USPS priority shipping box and surrounded with bubble wrap. The mailing box was marked perishable. The toffee was not melted! I will certainly be purchasing more for myself and for gifts!

You will love this candy! Chocolate is rich and creamy, toffee is oh-so buttery and sweet, and the flavor bursts when you chew it. Packaging was complete and protective and candy arrived in perfect condition. Candy and packaging show the care and dedication of the company. This is second batch I've ordered and the excellent quality is consistent. Highly recommend this candy company.
