Find this finger extension splint does exactly what it’s meant to do, and immediately stops the pain caused when my forefinger bends.

I purchased this for my husband who fell and hurt his hand, it was purchased to support his little finger while it healed, unfortunately even though the item stated it would support any finger it was to long for my husbands little finger and offered no support.I'm not saying it wouldn't support anybody else's finger it just wasn't suitable for my husband, had to return

It took me awhile to figure out how to adjust to make it fit my hand.Only worked it out after watching a video on Google.

Just what I needed for my trigger finger. Keeps my finger nice and straight and is comfortable.

Bought this to stabilise the lower knuckle of my trigger finger and it’s perfect I can sleep with it on and hardly notice it’s there the aluminium is easily bent into position and I have ordered a second as I’m going to have to wear it for a few weeks

The product looks fairly well made it (1 star for that) and it certainly isn’t the cheap material I’ve seen with other products. However, the unfortunate thing I found is the Velcro wrapping on the finger portion of this product can chaff and cut in to the finger next to it, it’s normally the finger to the left of the finger you are restraining. To counteract this I had to stick plasters on my finger so that I wasn’t getting the uncomfortable cutting feeling (see included pictures).I found the product had a petroleum like smell and I’m reluctant to wash it at this time because I’ve only had it for a few days but the smell is very noticeable. I also noticed I had a similar smell with a similar product I purchased at the same time as this one, but I’m not sure if it’s by the same manufacturer.Finally, the trigger finger issue that I have was in itself causing no end of problems hence why I purchased this product and it did help alleviate some of the sticking finger problem (1 star for that).So I feel I can only give this two stars, but do I recommend it, yes, I would recommend the product if you can’t find something of a better quality and doesn’t have the issues I’ve raised above.
