what are the ingredients?

Not 100% Aloe Vera but 100% is impossible to find. Do not worry about these additives. Tetrasodium EDTA is a chelating agents that’s made from formaldehyde and sodium cyanide. (see how) The full name of Tetrasodium EDTA is Ethylenediaminetetraacetc Acid. This used to be on my top "avoid" list, however, as more information has become available, it appears to be a lower risk ingredient. While it does have a dubious history in the way it's made, the final chemical is not a carcinogen. It's used in small amounts in formulas a a chelating agent, binding with metals to make lotions more stable and soaps lather better without the interference of metal ions.

Is the title misleading? It says "100% gel". Great, it's all gel... of various ingredients. lol

It's aloe vera gel - nothing added - no colors or scents.

I switched from 70 to 99% isopropyl to make sanitizer and now see a cotton like precipitation in the mix. What is it and should I care?

Just a chemical reaction between the two. I use 70% alcohol. I find it is the best mix for me.
