GNC Total Lean Appetrex Control, Clinically Shown to Reduce Calorie Intake, 60 Tablets

I just re-ordered another bottle of these APPETREX pills....Basicaly, I think these worked as they should have...In a nutshell: The first week or so, I saw no difference, but then the 2nd week I did see that I'd lost some weight (about 4 lbs) ....Not sure if it was ALL water-weight or actual FAT, but I did lose weight once I started taking these APPETREX every day as the bottle said.... And so then, by the next 2 weeks, I lost about 4 more lbs.....Now I must admit that I am not severely over-weight and I have been trying to lose just about 10- 15 lbs for a long time. And as most of us know, those last 10 to 15 lbs are the hardest to take off (and keep off). Anyhow, I am willing to stick w/ this product and see if I can keep the weight off. Also, I must add that I have been using GNC's WATEREX for about 8 yrs and I LOVE GNC's Waterex because it truly does take off water weight, when I feel bloated (just every so often---not every day) . Thus, between the WATEREX and the APPETREX (appetite suppressant) I think I am seeing some good results. (PS= I'm not sure if APPETREX would work for a person who is OBESE or severely OBESE since I am neither, and thus, a person w/ a lot of weight to take off may have to stay on APPETREX for at least 2 months to see if it works for them or not. Yes, they are expensive but they are also "natural" and imho no harmful so they're worth a try---But this is JUST my OPINION (I'm not a Doctor or Nurse).

I don’t often do reviews but ohhh my goodness. I weigh about 280 pounds and am recently unemployed so being at home I have been depressed /bored eating, A LOT. I binge eat so my thoughts are also regarding my next meal, i’ve gained 12 pounds since being home( not proud of it). My sister recommended this and I decided to take a leap of faith. I must first say i’m a big girl and with taking two I can strongly say you are very jittery and energized. I started cleaning the whole house ! so i can only imagine a smaller person having insane effects. I started off wanting to make food and was pacing back and forth i wanted to eat so bad! So i took 2 of these pills ( recommended instructions ) and told myself to wait 30 minutes to and hour like the instructions say and i can eat. before i knew it 2 hours past and it dawned on me that i didn’t eat?? stuck in my old habits i was like let me make food. I made grilled cheese and I couldn’t even touch it! no part of me was hungry not even alittle! i drank a protein shake and called it a day. this stuff is amazing! but i will be trying one pill tomorrow only because two makes me so up and jittery i want to see if one would be just enough. But yes i definitely recommend if you binge eat like myself !

DO NOT BUY THIS! I wanted to drop a few pounds so I gave this a try provided GNC is usually quite reputable. This product is packed full of caffeine and stimulants, I mean A LOT ... do not believe GNC’s claims. Took for 1.5 weeks and experienced the following: jitters, significantly increased blood pressure, loss of sleep, occasional heart flutters to name a few. Reviewed with a friend who is cardiologist and she was appalled this product is not regulated and sold without limitation and/or FDA warning. Do not risk your overall health and wellness using this product - there are better, safer ways to loose a few pounds.

So I edited my review because after taking 3 of these pills for a couple of weeks now I feel full faster. I am actually not able to eat dinner because when I take this before lunch I feel so full after my meal and the effects last many hours later. I recommend to anyone who wants to do intermittent fasting.

works great... eliminates the feeling of hunger. however you will need to be discipline because you wont feel hungry but you will be able to eat the same amount of food until your stomach shrinks after a while

When I know that I'm going to consume most of my calories late in the day (dinner) I take a couple of these in the morning to help me control my intake throughout the day. They're not perfect, you still need to have a plan and be willing to stick with it, these pills are not a magic. I also like the fact that they don't give me a headache the way that some of the other supplements with caffeine have done.
