Will this work well with my discwasher hand-held cleaning pad? can it be used in place of the d4 dishwasher solution? thanks!

We have many customers who use our G2 Record Cleaning Fluid successfully with wiping methods other than our cleaning pad. There are different versions of the Discwasher so I don't know which fabric your pad has. Give G2 a try and if you aren't happy we will refund your purchase price. Steve at GrooveWasher LLC.

Will this work well with a record doctor vacuum cleaner?

In my experience yes. I would cut it by adding some distilled water. By design you spray a mist on the record and wipe clean with a micro-fiber cloth. With a vacuum system you will want to cover the record with more than a mist.
