I now own 3 of these pillows for my own personal use. I have had a "trick" back (lower back problem) for years. I must maintain my core strength and posture to avoid my back seizing up in pain. I've tried dozens of pillows for support in bed, on the couch, and at my desk chair. None were satisfactory. Then I tried one of these pillows for my bed. Immediately, I had success. The usual stiffness and aches that I usually woke up to in the morning went away. I added a little extra stuffing (that comes with the pillow) and it adapted to my side sleeping posture and I sleep comfortably all night. I then bought another pillow to put behind my back while sitting on the couch. Again, success. Comfort level just right. Just recently, I bought another pillow to use to cushion my back while sitting in my office chair. Again, I got the comfort I was looking for. What sets these pillows apart is they don't get large hard lumps like other pillows. Because these pillows have thousands of soft foam pieces, they adjust more readily to your shape. You don't need to continuously move them around to get comfortable. A few occasional fluffs and adjustments is all you need. I find the quality to be quite good too. I have had no issues with poor construction or weird smells or anything like that. I am 100% satisfied. Now, I just have to figure out what to do with all the crummy other pillows I no longer want. You really can't go wrong with this pillow since you can adjust the density to suit your own preference. I totally love them.

Bought for my spouse for the cooling quality. I would say it works, if you don’t believe it should feel like an Ice pack! He stopped the nightly “flipping over the pillow” - which speaks to its success! As for comfort, after having to sleep weekends on a traditional pillow, he all but begged me to buy a second one for him! I’ve ”borrowed“ his pillow and felt immediate relief in my neck and back - leading me to use up the extra foam in my own pillow case. (I’m currently reaching out to company to see if they will sell the cover separately.) last, they retain their fluffiness. Of course they will compress over time, but certainly don’t go flat like a traditional pillow.

I loved the pillow when I first received it and it was so full and cradled my head perfectly. Sadly even before a week is was lumpy and deflated The company does give you extra foam, which I did use and I did put the pillow on dryer on low for 10 minutes like they said, but to no avail. The company includes a card with an email address asking you to contact them if issues and they'd help you. Only I have tried emailing twice and no-one has gotten back with me. I changed my review due to Customer Service did contact me after 3 weeks. They apparently had a holiday, I think they are in another country. I know that inside the pillow case you receive it says you can dry for 10 minutes on low - Do not do this! Per the company they are not dryer safe. They are sending me a new pillow to see if it is any better. Due to them trying and now having a little more insight, I've changed my review.

I haven't had a good night's sleep in a long long time. I recently stayed at my sister's house while they were on vacation and I had used her pillow to sleep on. I drifted off to sleep in no time and slept almost all through the night and woke up feeling refreshed. This hasn't happened in a long time so I needed to figure out what pillow this was as I absolutely had to have it. After looking at the tag and reading reviews, I decided to give it a few more nights of sleeping on it before purchasing. After 3 days I was convinced and purchased two, one for myself and the other for my fiance. We both love it and sleep so well. We've gone through many pillows trying to find which one works for us as many became flat and we were waking up exhausted. Not with this pillow! I would recommend it to anyone. With the pillows we received, I left all of the stuffing inside for now. I'm finding it's hurting my neck, but the nice thing is, you can take out more of the foam or they even give you extra in case you need more. This pillow is just plain amazing.

I have a bad neck, it's tough to find a good pillow that doesn't cause me pain, the reviews sounded promising but the pillow didn't work for me. It took three days to "fluff" up the pillow after arriving. Placing it in the dryer didn't work to break up the clumps of foam at all. I had to do by hand. The pillow is very lumpy and doesn't give support. The foam filler tends to want to move to the edges. I highly suggest to the seller they stop shipping the pillows filled with foam and place it in a separate bag so it isn't so decompressed and hard upon arrival. The foam I noticed was covered in plastic bits, orange residue which was probably why it was so hard to pull apart. The quality however is very nice, both pillow cases are nicely sewn and we're clean, the foam has this mild minty smell that is sort of nice, didn't stink at all.

Really happy with this pillow. It is flat upon opening, but puffed up great after leaving it out for a little while. Not too much odor from new fabric so stepson was able to use it right away. I also bought a silk zippered case for it, so it's extra comfy and cool. He is going through chemo and gets hot and cold, but said it regulates with him pretty well, and he sleeps a lot while recovering and is even taking it to the hospital with him now. He's 27, so that says something. It does sink a bit when you put your head down, but still offers good support, plus it's nice to have the extra fill in case it gets a little flat. The instructions suggest tossing it in the dryer if it needs fluffing, too, so that may help for people who find it flat. Love that my stepson loves in and it helps keep him comfy.
