Looks great but have not yet put it together as part of the chair plastic casing is cracked, I’ve requested an exchange or refund but after nearly a week of emails still no closer to sorting. Was offered a refund of £10 but obviously wanted a new one in working order. Last email was for me to return item but it is so heavy and large not quite sure how this is going to happen. Then once checked a refund, but am weary of this.

Excellent for the price only marked down to four because of the worst assembly and operation instructions I have had to read.

In the shower.. Was hard to put together, better instructions needed.. Good price, & once erected sturdy.. Does it’s job..

I'm not sure if it is because I am used my old chair but this chair seems to have a slight slope forward. Adjusting the tension doesn't help.Apart from this it is quite comfortable and I am happy with it.Assembly was also quite easy and it's possible to do it alone.

Looks great, very confortable, easy to assemble, good quality.

The easiest chair to assemble. Really comfortable, my son often falls asleep in it! My only criticism is that the foot rest cushion only remains the right way up if your feet on it

Ordered this seat as a replacement for an old broken one. The new seat did arrive damaged, with a crack along the top cover, however the seller immediately sent out a replacement upon confirming the damage, great communication. The seat itself is great as expected, soft close, good build, and fits perfectly for my square toilet. Would definitely recommend.

My son loves this chair apart from the fact the foot rest does not stay up unless you leave your feet on it .. maybe there’s something I’ve missed and it can stay up without weighting it down?
