Premium 12-Inch Memory Foam Bed Wedge Pillow – Breathable Cover – Ideal for Sleeping, Reading, and Leg or Body Elevation

My elderly husband has a difficult time breathing at night. He has chronic AFib. He has used 2 pillows and a 7 inch bed wedge for years. Lately it hasn’t been enough. We ordered this 12 inch wedge and it arrived in 2 days. The air was sucked out of it. I laid it out on the table and flipped it over about every 30 minutes. It quickly took shape. It is very heavy and has small grippers on the bottom side so it doesn’t move in the bed. It has memory foam on top and feels wonderful. Since the cover is handwash only, I wrapped a small sheet over the top so I can easily wash that. Although more money than some 12 inch wedges, this one is well worth it. My husband slept longer than usual and said it was the best sleep he has had in years. He said it was extremely comfortable. He still likes his two thinner pillows on top of it. I am so grateful I found the perfect wedge right away.

Provides excellent support & really helps if you have GERD or sinus blockage. I had been using a memory foam type pillow that squished down when I laid on it. This one stays nice & firm, so it took me a couple nights to get used to the different feel. Now I love it. It comes inside a zippered pillow case, so you don't have to buy anything extra. I place a 24" wide bath towel on top of it at night as an extra layer of protection, which works great. Very satisfied with my purchase.

This was the second wedge pillow I bought. The first one only had a layer of memory foam on top and made my shoulders hurt. This one is all memory foam.The pillow is comfortable. It's a good size. I am a side sleeper, and I put a pillow on top to fit better. My only complaint, and I think it would happen with any wedge, is that I tend to slip down during the night. So I have to lift myself back up higher on the wedge.I just took off the cover to wash it and saw that the tag on the cover says "spot clean only". I contacted the seller, who sent me these instructions:"The cover is fully removable for washing in warm water on the gentle cycle. Do not put the pillow in a washing machine. Laundering your memory foam pillow in a washing machine may cause irreversible damage, and will likely void your warranty. Instead, we suggest you spot clean."This would have been a 5 star review except that the first time I ordered the 7.5" pillow, Amazon sent me the 12". Of course, the pillow is compressed so when I had to return it I had to go to a pack-and-ship place to return it. Amazon has refunded the cost of the pillow but has not yet reimbursed me that additional charge.So I reordered - same problem. Then I gave up on Amazon and dealt with the distributor, who asked me to send this pillow back to them and they would send me the correct size. Apparently the problem is two-fold: 1) the manufacturer's label on pillow size is not visible on the outside of the compressed pillow and 2) Amazon had put labels on the pillows in their warehouse with the incorrect size on it.So, beware! Before you decompress the pillow, carefully open the outside plastic wrap. Take out the cards. One of them shows pillow size but is not visible unless you take all the cards out.

My husband snores less when he can elevate his head a bit so I thought this was a great idea to make him (and me) more comfortable at night. It has been good for his back pain. I took one afternoon nap on it and had to get one for myself as well.We often watch movies in our bedroom and have previously piled up pillows awkwardly see the TV but because this pillow can be turned to a position that is essentially a back rest, it's just made our lives a little more comfortable.

At the time I purchased this wedge I was sleeping more than half of the night in a recliner due to hip and lower back pain. Now I’m able to stay in bed all night without any pain. It is firm enough to offer good support, but not so firm as to be uncomfortable. I use a pillow below my hips to stop me from slipping down and it works great. I liked it so much that I bought one for my son who has back problems and I’m waiting for it to arrive. A very good investment.

Extremely firm. I sleep on my side and wasn't able to when I was using this pillow. I woke up with neck and shoulder pain. However, it does keep you elevated.

This pillow is really big and wide. I had a hard time getting use to it and I am still not 100%. I use a second feather pillow to give more neck support. The foam is really hard at first, but after a month or so it felt better adjusted to my body. I bought this size based on doctor's recommendation, but I wish I had gotten one with lower incline (10 or 12 inch). It is definitely not comfortable for sleeping on your sides or your stomach.

This is a comfortable wedge with or without a pillow. I use a very fluffy down pillow for added comfort when I roll on my sides and this wedge conforms nicely. I have a tendency to slide down other elevated wedges and pillows causing a "crick" in my neck the next morning, but this wedge tends to keep me comfortable and that somehow keeps me sliding down easily. (I think it's because I do less tossing around because of it.) Additionally, if I do slide down a little, the wedge conforms enough to take pressure off my neck making it comfortable enough to sleep longer. My wife tried it and now I'll be getting her one, lol.
