Neckloop Antenna for Phonak ComPilot (Long)

My husband has hearing aids with the help of a necklace device. His necklace wire broke and we needed one fast. Looked at Amazon and they carried the exact same necklace at half the price of the hearing aid store. Cheaper and faster delivery. Works great. No issues. Would order this again.

I recently started to have issues with my hearing aids dropping our ad was almost totally unable to make a phone call. I thought it was like a loose/broken connection, and so it was ~ then new cable has resolved all of my problems.

Phonak Compilot neck loops are not robust items...I'm now on my third. Fortunately, this vendor sells Phonak OEM parts at a great price and ships them quickly. I'll be back!

Neckloops wear out with use (damn). This replacement arrived quickly and worked well. Nice to be able again use my aids to listen to audio books, or manage a phone call in a noisy locale.

These things wear out way too fast, but there is not alternative using the Compilot. It works as good as it gets.

Purchased this Neckloop Antenna to replace the one that came with the original Phonak system my father is using. He complained that the signal was coming and going on the old one. The new one solved the problem. I bought both the long and short neckloops. The long one easily fits over his head. The short one is too short to fit over his head and must be disconnected from the Phonak unit to take it on and off.

I have one of the original Compilots made and it has some years on it. The original neckloop that came with it, dry rotted in a way that, it was like the plastic melted in your hands. Smelled terrible like bad crayons. That being said, I was super happy that Amazon sells replacement ones! I am very pleased it works well. Came on time as said it would via shipping. And the price was reasonable. I don't unplug mine a lot and just put it over my head for use. That way I never wear out my connectors. The long length is perfect and I would definitely recommend.

I ordered this long (30") neckloop as a replacement for the original one that came with my Phonak ComPilot1 - the wire had pulled out of one of the connectors.I ordered this neckloop on June 8 and received it on June 10! I am quite impressed with the quality of this neckloop AND with the speed of delivery from the Hearing Aid Battery Club. 5 stars for both product AND provider!
