HydroActive Micellar Cleansing Cloths, Remover (30 Cloths)

I’m 52 and post-menopausal, with dry, increasingly sensitive skin, and these HydroPeptide HydroActive Cleanser Micellar Facial Cloths ended up being one of those products I was much more grateful to have than I expected. They absolutely saved me on a 15-hour flight. When you’re traveling that long, especially on a plane, your skin can start to feel grimy, dehydrated, and uncomfortable all at once. These were perfect for that situation. They gave me an easy way to freshen up my skin without needing a sink, and they made a huge difference in how clean and comfortable my face felt. What impressed me most is that they are gentle but still very effective. They remove makeup well, including mascara, which is where a lot of cleansing cloths fall short. I didn’t have to scrub or tug at my skin or eye area, which is especially important to me because the skin around my eyes is more delicate now and does not tolerate rough treatment. I also really appreciate that these are unscented. For travel especially, I do not want heavily fragranced wipes anywhere near my face. These feel clean and skin-friendly without that perfumey, artificial experience that so many cleansing cloths have. Another major plus is that they do not dry my skin out. That is usually my biggest complaint with makeup-removing wipes and facial cloths. A lot of them leave my skin feeling stripped, tight, or like there is a residue I immediately want to wash off. These did the opposite. My skin felt clean, refreshed, and comfortable afterward, which is exactly what I needed during and after a long flight. They’re also just genuinely convenient. Whether it’s travel, late nights, a lazy evening, or any time you want a quick but effective cleanse, these are incredibly useful to have around. The fact that they are both practical and actually pleasant on dry, mature skin makes them stand out. Overall, these are excellent micellar cleansing cloths. They’re gentle, unscented, effective enough to remove mascara, and they leave the skin feeling fresh instead of stripped. For me, they went from “nice to have” to “I’m very glad I had these.”

This saves my life and bonus, my skin gets clean at the end of a fun filled day of morning meltdowns from the 8 year old, arguments from the 15 year old because our fridge isn’t stocked with Yerba mate, meetings all day, useless texts from the spouse and daily decision making regarding nourishment for my grateful family of 5. This 30 second routine of wiping all of the day away helps this mama reset and begin an evening I of the same thing all over again. The quality is amazing, smells like I didn’t have responsibilities, easy to use if you have common sense and leaves enough moisture to make you forget your aging gracefully.

These are excellent makeup wipes! I used to use the Aveeno wipes - these were fine but it never 100% removed my makeup. I would have to double cleanse with Micellar water. These wipes remove it all - I don’t have to double cleanse anymore! I have sensitive combo acne prone skin, and these wipes do not cause any adverse reaction. Highly recommend!

I bought these facial cleansers for a trip that I knew wouldn’t have access to water and soap. I was disappointed in the product. My face did not feel clean after use. I think I will look at other brands next time, I gave it 3 stars because it arrived promptly and as described. I don’t think it is strong enough for full makeup removal.

I tried this product on three separate occasions just to rule out it was maybe something else in my beauty routine. All three times I received a painful raised up red rash on my face! These really irritated my skin!

I absolutely love these HydroPeptide cleansing wipes! They’re super gentle on my face yet still remove every bit of makeup — even the stubborn leftovers after cleansing. The wipes themselves are soft and leave my skin feeling refreshed and clean without any irritation. I actually received a sample size from my local spa, Spruce Skin & Wax Shoppe in Olympia, WA, and I’m so glad they included it because that’s how I discovered how amazing this brand is! Since then, I’ve purchased several other HydroPeptide products and have completely fallen in love with the line. Everything feels like spa day at home and truly good for my skin.
