A useful reference for intermediate to advanced lifters
Though lacking in the aesthetic appeal of the series books, "Workout Anatomy III" provides useful tips that supplants training methods covered in Workout Anatomy II. All in the prospect of optimizing time while maximizing gains.

Lots of great incite but the actual workouts in the back are lacking in number, variety, and programming compared to his other two workout books.

Disappointment after long wait
This was really kind of a letdown- previous books in the series were better organized, much more attractively presented ( the photos were both uninspired and uninspiring ) and way, way too much emphasis was given to isolation machines. I should have cancelled the order when that option was offered.

Another addition to this great series of books. Simply by reading the yellow sections of these books, you’ll learn so much relevant anatomy and physiology. The author has done the hard work to condense so much into just a few pages. Brilliant !
