These turned up shrink wrapped, in a pretty sturdy box. Inside the box was a little case, and underneath a guide of some sort. Inside the case there is a selection of ear bus sizes, and the headphones itself.Now. The phone I have needs a USB-C adaptor, which luckily I have. So I quickly tried these out. And wow. I am super impressed. The headphones the self feel a nice weight, not too heavy and not too light. They fit in my ears snuggly. The sound is A-MAZING. I was really quite surprised. The bass sounds deep and rich, without high notes sounding tinny. I tried a selection of music, right through from dance to acoustics, and I can safely say that these do all of them justice. These are definitely going to become my new favourite pair of headphones.It also comes with the mic unit, which allows you to alter the volume as well as pause/play. Usually I find that these do not work with phones, unless they're the manufacturer models but this one works perfectly. I haven't tested the mic out yet, but as I'm using them for headphones, that's what I'm reviewing on.

The only upside to these headphones is the sound quality, which is very good for the price. However, they feel rather big and uncomfortable in my ears and I find it difficult wearing them for extended periods of time. Also, the call quality is terrible. I've had a dozen people tell me I'm "calling from a bad line" since yesterday. I wanted to use these as a hands free option for my work calls. Clearly not good enough, as people can't hear me...Updated and decreased rating to one star because of the poor customer service received by the supplier when discussing the issues mentioned above.

These headphones fit perfectly in my small ears. Not had to fiddle with them at all as I walk to work. The sound quality is very good and I'm able to adjust the volume using the buttons on the headphones which I've not been able to do on others ( I have an honor 10 light phone by Huawei).The only problem I have found is that I am unable to replay a song which requires to press a button 3 times. To fast forward a song you need to press it twice which is fine.Not too bothered about it because I can use my watch to do this function.Definitely worth the money and delivered the next day using Prime.

These headphones are not really suitable for hip-hop or R&B, and rap music especially because the music sounds like it is sounding in the distant - although it's possible I may have received a faulty item but I probably will never know.I returned them and was in touch with Moxking customer service for a while but then they suddenly stopped replying to my emails. One of the worst customer service I have had in my life.

I purchased x2 of these headphones hoping they would be as good as the previous reviews had stated and they are, there very good quality headphones for a very good price. I had a issue with one of the pair that I received that only sound was coming out of the left and nothing from the right, I contacted the supplier and they were more than happy to replace the faulty headphones and sent them out for delivery the next day. Overall I'm very happy with the headphones and the service from the supplier I would recommend these to anyone.

Very nice set of earphones. very nice sound and a very useful inline volume switch, they come with a very cute little pouch case to keep them in and a set of ear cushions of different sizes you can change over, pleased with them so far, thank you.

Made from cheap materials.Only used them for a few months and the horrible rubber coated cable stretched and broke.The cable is rubber and clings therefore difficult to manipulate.Absolute rubbish , don't buy

Lovely quality, very strong, the plug is metal, the cable is reinforced where it splits into two, comes with spare ear rubber inserts and is stored in a v neat, small zipped case. They are comfortable to use, the sound quality great and they live up the advert description.
