Great stuff (even for a half bottle)
Always been a fan of Buffalo Trace but had only tried the 40% version which I really enjoy. This half bottle at 45% is far more intense in flavour with the most wonderful nose I have experienced from a bourbon. That extra 5% really does make a difference both in flavour and texture and being bottled at this strength means it should last longer,well that's the plan.

It is worth buy a smaller one!
It is smaller bottle but it is proper american bourbon 45%! You can get cheaper one in UK for bigger bottles but it is Just 40 % and it is mostly water. So for me diffrence with flavour is huge. More full and tasty. It is your choice if you want save or try something good.

Not a full sized bottle
Rubbish! This is a half bottle (37.5cl) which cost £18 and you you have to pay to return!A full 70cl bottle costs the same on Amazon prime. This is not worth the money. Don’t get ripped off.

Bought because I have had it before this was a very good price for a bourbon I and others enjoy

Great bourbon, check the ml size though.
I wanted to order this bourbon since it's great for old fashioned cocktails. I don't think you can beat the value/price ratio, but I did a mistake and didn't check the bottle size. So this one ended being a pricey mistake. If you can get the normal 0.7dcl for anywhere in the 18-22£ range is an excellent buy.

Excellent Bourbon - Worth a try if Bourbon is your thing
Excellent bourbon and well worth 5 stars. This is the full strength version too as sometimes this comes at 40%. Its a decent price but the full size is better value. It is a half bottle remember. I do not understand the 1 and 2 start reviews for this. If the buyers didn't like it, so be it. If its because they were so TOTALLY DUMB to not realise its a half bottle listing then, that's hardly fair is it?

IT'S A HALF-BOTTLE - despite the photo - BUT it's 45% proof and delicious
Originally, I felt the same as others, duped into paying over the odds for a half-bottle, - I didn't read the smaller print and only saw the very large photo which made it look like a 70cl bottle, not a 35cl one.I was going to return it but, after reading that it was 45% proof, decided to open it. Very glad I did as it tastes great , even just the smell is different from the regular 40% proof - lovely caramel notes. Try it.

Half a bottle worth every penny GORGEOUS
Gorgeous!!! This is the American strength release. Why we get the watered down version is beyond me. The 5% extra makes all the difference to the flavour profile. I'll not go into tasting notes but even for half a bottle I Think it's worth every penny and will buy again. Richer, more luxurious and LOADS better than the weak Buffalo Trace we normally get in the UK.The reviewers giving it a poor review purely because they were too daft to read the clear description make me laugh. It works out at about £40 if you compare it to a full 700ml bottle. STILL a good price 👍🏼
