I love it! My kids broke my glass one. This one is plastic and not easily breakable. Plus it's pretty!!

It looks a lot better in real life. I got the pink one to use for a timer during meditation.Only problem is my 30 Minute size I’ve timed it and it’s always 32 minutes. It’s not completely accurate but still extremely close.

This is made out of plastic on the outside, not sure if hourglass inside is made of glass. But so far has been sturdy. One issue is that the sand sometimes gets stuck a few seconds after turning the hourglass, so I watch out for that nowadays. After I pat it a little, the sand will keep running until the end. The outside plastic is nice for protecting the hourglass inside.

My kids use this to take turns with their toys and they've dropped it several times and hasn't broken yet.

Perfect! Exactly what I wanted. It’s 65 seconds more than 45 minutes but that’s no big deal. I HIGHLY recommend!!

I use mine as a workout clock. This hourglass is perfect.

I bought on of these to time my meditations, also I really like watching the sand fall. It reminds me of the Bible verse “teach me to number my days so that I may gain a heart of wisdom” The plastic shell distorts the clarity of the seeing the sand fall. May not bother some but to me it did. I tried to get the plastic shell off by twisting and pulling but it’s pretty well on there. The timer was pretty accurate. 10 minutes 7 seconds. Not for me but might be for some

I was sick of getting up and flipping the 15 minute timer in the sauna room so I bought my own. Great decision for me. Now I can just relax and enjoy the sauna. Solid purchase.
