Excellent baking product!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Home cook, I started with a Trudeau Confetti mini-loaf pan last fall for bake sale baking. It is Wonderful stuff!!! I am now buying +pieces, when I’m able, where I have a baking pan need. Not ever going back to coated metal. When possible, I hope to be all silicone baking, short of high heat cast iron. Quick breads, more serious breads, muffins, cakes, individual layered meals, such a breeze. Everything browns beautifully in these silicone pans. The only thing I don’t do is use it for a very hot oven, like if a recipe calls for 425F or hotter, I choose black iron. Pros Rims: the rims and handles are reinforced, pans are easy to pick up and manage; there’s no unwanted collapsing, folding or wiggling. Non-stick: I have Never had non stick anything that performs like silicone, it’s just amazing. Remove a mini muffin with one poke. Remove them all in a few seconds. No sticking, no lost/broken/fractured product and no mess. Butter: I brush lightly, as advised by manufacturer, using softened butter on a silicone pastry brush = browning is beautiful top to bottom. Cookie sheet: I set the silicone pans on a cookie sheet for putting into the oven, not directly on the oven rack. Cleanup: literally a hot rinse will clean it completely and right now. No long soaks required. Thorough hand wash or dishwasher when you want, cleanup is just the easiest thing ever. Cons: none so far. Highly Recommended. In case, like me last fall, you haven’t tried silicone baking yet, maybe try one piece of Trudeau that’s right for your most messy, tricky, sticky, tough to get out in one piece, takes overnight soaks to clean the pan thing. The cost isn’t bad and I was blown away with results.

So easy, and well made
I love this thing. I was making some weekly sweet treats with chocolate and dates, and they popped out SO easily, and it's a breeze to clean up when you're done. I've used a lot of silicone products over the years, and this is my favorite. It's hard ontop so it doesn't just flop all over the place. You can pick it up and everything stays put. I love the design! Plus, it's adorable.

Trudeau Silicone Muffin Pan, 12 Cavities
About three years ago, I ordered the same type of Trudeau silicone muffin pan. Great quality, and good value for the price. I normally give Trudeau 5 stars for their products. I was disappointed with two minor things. The original model of this exact muffin pan had a heavy metal ring with red colour on the parameter going all around the pan. With this pan at each end is a small thumb grip for holding. This thumb grip is half the size as with the original of this series. When holding the pan it does not have as sturdy feel to it as the older version. We also found the silicon used for the baking part seems to feel a bit thinner than the original one of this type that we bought about three years ago. We did not yet bake with it, but I am sure it will do the job okay. It is of much better quality made than many of the other types out there. Take care to never exceed the maximum temperature rating for silicone pans and cookware. The silicon can be easily damaged if the maximum rated temperature is exceeded. As for quality of baking, I found dark colour silicone pans tend to bake the bottom of the cakes and muffins a bit more darker. Silicon is great for non slip. Got to be careful to never use any metal type knives, or forks to remove the baked foods. Silicon can easily be damaged. When cleaning use a cleaning cloth that is not strongly abrasive. Don't use harsh powdered soaps. Best to use liquid dish soap. I am sure this pan would deserve 5 stars for baking, but 4 stars for the degraded finish when compared to the original one that seems to have been discontinued. I am sure it will be okay. Once you start baking with silicon pans you may not want to go back to metal pans again for most types of baking recipes.

Worthwhile kitchen gadget
UPDATE over a year later: these Trudeau Pro silicone pans are fantastic. I have 3 sizes of their muffin pans and a square 9" pan. All work without fail, that is, whatever I bake pops out whole and easily, whether sugary items, fudge, cakes, muffins, or meat and veggie pies. I wash by hand because it's a quick process. I point out the model I have is the dark grey with "pink" edges. It's so nice to be able to take bite size or mini pies to a pot luck when each item came out if the pan intact...makes a pretty display platter. My first trial of this cupcake pan was a success. Rather than my usual cheesecake in a pie pan, I made them individual portioned "cupcakes". Easy removal was essential for the delicate graham cracker crust, and paper liners don't work well with a softer, pie-like item. This pan truly fits a specialized need and is, with the steel outer frame, a lot easier to handle than floppy silicone baking pans or cups. I very lightly buttered each cup, pressed the graham cracker crust into each on the bottoms and halfway up the sides, baked for a few minutes to set the crust, then filled the cups with the creamy filling and then baked. After cooling, each cupcake was popped out, with no damage. Washing the pan with dish soap and warm water was easy.

Great Muffin Pan
I joined Weight Watchers and so there's a lot of things that are made in muffin pans in order to cut down on portions. This arrived on time and just as advertised. I've used it once so far and it worked great. I like the silicone as it doesn't stick like traditional pans and is easier to clean.

BUY THESE NOW
I love this product. Simply love it, just bought another, now I have 4 total. I make 300-400 mini muffins every week for a boat charter company, and these muffin tins are EVERYTHING. They don’t stick, the muffins pop right out and they wash so so easily. I’ve had them for months now and they don’t break or bend, they are perfect. Great quality, never going to buy another brand.

Favorite muffin pan
Love this pan! No need to use spray coatings or grease to keep items from sticking. Muffins pop right out. The metal frame provides enough sturdiness that enables the pan to keep its shape without having to use a pan underneath.

i'm personally a sucker for confetti print so i was immediately sold when i saw this product. i use it to bake mini egg cups for my daughter. it holds its shape well while not being too flimsy. popping out the baked goods is also super quick and easy. to clean, i turn the molds inside out to wash in the dishwasher. plus it looks SOOOO cute hehe

I use this for making muffins and Yorkshire puddings. I use a lower temp when making Yorkshire puddings at 425 instead of the normal 450. They come out great and you can just pop them out.

After reading reviews about silicone muffin trays that collapse, I chose this one with a solid frame. It works really well! The muffins pop out easily and clean up is easy. I am going to buy another one in a different size.
