Very Regal Mailbox
What an awesome mailbox! The post and all of the parts are made very well. Installation and assembly was easy. Mailbox is a little larger than I was expecting, even in the "standard" size option, but not enough to make a difference. I did have one issue that I had to call ADDRESSES OF DISTINCTION about. The decorative mount sent to me was not correct. After calling them and explaining what happened, they sent me the correct part in about three days. Make sure to check ALL the parts as soon as it comes in! Their customer serves Rep. Tasha was extremely helpful and kind! Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and it gives my home a more upscale look.

Little Tough to Assemble
Product was as advertised. Sturdy. A little tough to put together as the holes in the mailbox did not line up with the base plate as shown in the directions. The large set screws were too large for the holes in the stand, could not screw them in. Then, once stripped, could not unscrew them either. Otherwise, product is beautiful and now stands tall in my front yard. Requires cement to install.

Beautiful and strong mailbox
This mailbox is beautiful and was so simple for my husband to put together and install. The directions were clear and to the point. Everything was delivered quickly and securely. I’m so happy with our purchase!

Mailbox
We like the mailbox, outstanding appearance. The ISSUE was my husband had to drill new holes as the Address attachment did not fit the top of the box.

Wrong house number. No instructions on how to install.
Addendum. Customer service was very prompt and getting with me about the numbers. I just got a message that they have put an order in for the numbers. So as long as that happens. I change my review. The actual mailbox itself seems wonderful.The numbers that are on the mailbox are different from the house number that we put on the order. Also, there are no written instructions. Not Particularly happy.

Holes don't line up
It's pretty but that's about it. I feel like they threw a handful of hardware in a bag as I have tons of random pieces left over. No pre drilled holes for the house numbers. The pre drilled holes to attach the box to the post are in the wrong spot (like 4" off) so as of right now, I can only attach 1/2 screws. It seems as if the one I got was a box from one size and a post from another. For $350, it's not worth it. I don't want to pack it back up and return so I'll have to try and drill new holes.
