Pretty/Riveting, Simple, +.
~The "Favorite Hymns and Gospel Songs for Accordion" book contain pretty--some riveting--melodies.~True: this book has "easy-to-read arrangements," specifically each song has chord notations on top of respective measures and right-hand fingering notations, which is explained on "page 3," under the "Contents" information. The treble clef has no upper ledger notes with most of the songs having single notes -- a few songs having double notes. The base clef has some alternating base notes within close proximity to its chords -- and a few counter-base notes adjacent to its representative chords.~Additional info: This accordion book contains 48 pages with 39 songs (all without lyrics); most songs are in the key of G Major (F sharp) with the other songs in the keys of C (no sharps or flats), F (b flat), D (F and C sharps); a few songs contain some eighth notes (which can be bonkers for the left hand & for the brain if not used to themಠ_ಠ); and the contents page lists the songs in page order, not in alphabetical order.
