Flower Hoopla Toy for Birds

My bird got the bell off in a day. If I wanted a toy with no bell, I would've gotten one. The other two toys with a bell still have them, 5 and 8 years later, so that tells you how good this is.

My conure liked it and my grey loved it. The grey destroyed it in about 3 days and it's still damaged but intact on my conures tree. Both birds always have several toys to chose from and this one fits right into the rotation.

This was my first time buying a paper ring toy for our Lilac Crown Amazon. Compiled of brightly colored plastic oval links, plastic beads in barrel and flower shapes, a metal bell, hanger, and the big selling point, 8 paper rings. In meeting my expectations, the toy came up short, REALLY short. Actual play area was around 8". Add the bell and hanger and yes, it is the 12" as stated in the description. I should have read the description more carefully.Our bird liked the paper rings, he pulled, tugged & bit to his delight. But the fun only lasted 3-5 days.Not a lot of play for the money. May be better for a smaller bird.

My parrot hasn't really chewed on this toy yet but I am using the small circle wraps as a forager by placing treats in the circles. Works great and I'm sure he will show an interest in this toy. Will buy again
