Follow the soaking before use instructions!Wet sharpening is a messy process, but the end result with superior stones is well worth it. These are for use on your best steel, don't waste these on metal that wont show the edge quality these stones produce. Always clean the knife and stones between grits to stop cross contamination of the stones. flatten stones before use. I used the full set of 4 Chosera stones to finish the edge. Use these stones to remove diamond scratches and even out the scratch surface. They are only needed for a edge that has extreme wear or scratch pattern.
