Seems like the cart/chair will work once I get the nuts that squeeze the expansion plastics to hold the wheels on. Unfortunately the packaging was not given more tape to keep the box closed so I assume the nuts fell out while being transported. But overall the cart/chair seems to be the quality I expected. It's unfortunate I have to make a trip to a store to make my new product work.

I am very satisfied with this item. It hauls my kayak around very well, it is comfortable to sit in, and even functions as a seat for my kayak. (Although I lose a bit of balance sitting up higher) It fell into the water last week and it floated. Love it.

This cart is a good concept, but it collapses when you load the kayak. My husband fixed it with a clamp and a piece of chain to stabilize the frame. BKC needs to implement something similar. Now that this is done, the carts are great. Easy and light to manuever.

This item comes with no instructions. Since this has several folding parts, not knowing how to configure it makes it difficult to use. Even though it is rated for the weight of my kayak, it is extremely unstable for a larger kayak. I will figure it out for use with my smaller kayaks.

The cart came with a few inches of stitching that was coming undone when it arrived. Also the pins that hold the wheels on pop off very easily (easy fix with a different type of cotter pin we picked up at the hardware store). That said, I sent the company photos of the fabric tear and they have not replied (it's been 10 days). They have a great product here with a few inexpensive fixes, that said I would not ever use it as a chair (maybe for a child under 70lbs) but I would put 50 to 60 pounds on it to pull across the beach.

Doesn’t hold kayak on top very well you’ll have to get straps to hold it onto the kayak needs a better design first off.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my son who is new to kayaking. He loves it. It was easy to put together and easy to guide his kayak to the water. Delivery was made before the estimated time. Very satisfied customer.

The wheels do not lock into the chair frame. Brooklyn Kayak said not our problem, call Amazon. I ended up duct taping to the frame because e-mails were not answered properly. Product does not work real well with the kayak. No instructions on how to perhaps better load the kayak to the chair.
