Very sharp and a good price

This knife is really sharp so beware when using, I personnally only use it for cooking etc for which it slices through most items of food so very easily. The quality appears to be very good but only time will tell just how good it is like most things and how well it's looked after. I keep it in a Wooden knife block to save any chance of injury to myself or damage to the knife blade itself. Some reviews say that it doesn't maintain it's sharpness and that it's Chinese rubbish, well personally I don't see it that way and for a Stainless Steel Knife which is sold as being from Sheffield Steel I call this good value. Hope it proves me right.

I love great kitchen knife. This was good value and is nice quality. It holds its edge very well, is finely balanced and a joy to reach for and use.

Weird packaging. Other than that, the product itself is superb - sharp and durable.

I’ve had this knife stored away for a year, just started using it. I’m pretty careful with it and not been cut yet,very sharp, will peel all veg very easy, Nice to hold and use, long blade which I like …would recommend……
