The cans are small, but the flavors are strong; for pasta, the each can's sauce can be extended with 1-2 Tbs. cream or wine, or even olive oil, or pasta water. Each can will thus dress enough pasta for two people (about 6 oz. dry) and the flavor will still be strong. I made a second order and started with the white truffle sauce on rice -- to die for! %This was one of the most wonderful things I have eaten this summer. These sauces should also be enjoyed as meat or fish sauce. I have tried and enjoyed many of Urbani's offerings, and I have never been disappointed.

I consider buying these cans an indulgence because one can is only enough for two people or two meals - you can only dilute it so much before the intensity of the truffle flavor is lost. I usually add some heavy cream and some sauteed mushrooms to stretch the sauce so I can get four meals out of it. It is delicious but the cost is a bit high for what is essentially concentrated truffle flavor.

Had to update my review. The first two cans were bland. The porcini and white truffle is great. Don’t buy the sampler just get that one.

I’ve been buying Urbani Truffles for nearly thirteen years now. I found this company when I was in the purveyor business and wanted to bring something special to my clients. I travel to Italy to meet the owners of Urbani, as well as to see how their products were manufactured. I was blown away when I saw how beautiful their company was set up, and you could see how they took pride in developing each one of their products.Their products are one-of-a-kind the flavor is totally amazing, I wouldn't buy any other product.Try them you won’t go wrong.

I opened my first of three Truffle Sauce Thrills included containers and used it in making konjac fettuccini for a sample of both items involving six members of family. They/we all loved it! For the one or two here who've complained about the percentage of truffles in the blends, they don't quite get the priority idea of this as nonetheless conveying the key star truffle flavor dramatically and delightfully.Yes, these products are not nor one claims contents to be primarily truffles, but they're alternately not eight to twelve times that delicacy's individual "bulk equivalent" price either.

Disappointed that it was tiny cans. Can’t really cook with them

I first found out about Urbani Truffles in Boston at a Italian specialty market and I fell in love!!! Their sauces are perfect for anything, cooking or using it as a dip. I"d recommend heating it up if using just as a dip. The great thing about this pack is you get three different flavors so you can find out which one you like before spending more money!! Love this brand and highly recommend!
