iFootage E1 USB Power Converter for Cameras Digital Battery Charger, Black

I'm using this with the iFootage Nikon dummy battery. With an Anker IQ charging port this doesn't deliver enough amperage to keep my Nikon D7100 powered in video monitoring mode for over an hour. However, using an Anker quickcharge 3.0 port this lasts longer than my streams.The iFootage converter has a current indicator (2 lightning bolts) which will help point out when your power source is adequate.Also consider trying a 2.1A USB port if your camera needs the current.

This item is a tiny box. Total cost was $106. Shipping and Handling was $100. What a rip off. I was surprised as I use Amazon Prime. Was this just a mistake? Please advise.
