I love this thing! I use it to charge an Apple Watch, iPhones, iPads, and my micro-usb items like bluetooth headphones and bluetooth keyboards. I find 40w is enough output to charge all my devices at maximal speed, and I really like the fact that the ports can auto-detect your input source and adjust accordingly so everything gets the right amperage.Build quality is excellent, as I've come to expect from all things Anker. The unit itself is very solid feeling with a nice soft-touch material that wraps around the body of the device. It has a nice long power cable that plugs into the wall, and a nice weight to it so it doesn't feel flimsy or slide around the desk.Operation is dead simple -- plug in your devices and watch them quickly recharge.I haven't found anything I don't like about this product, so I have no hesitation recommending it. Note that it is simply a charger and not a USB hub, as could be easily confused by looking at the device.

After 1 week, one of the ports just stopped working. Since I do not need all 5 ports, I did not want to go through the hassle to replace. I am using the other 4 ports until they all die.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------After this review I was contacted by Anker and their customer support team contacted me and offered to send me a new unit, even though I told them I did not need it (I am only using 4 ports).One of the best customer support experience so far. Just because of this my evaluation is 5 stars and I will continue considering Anker brand in my future shopping.

I got an Anker Bluetooth keyboard a few years ago that was a piece of junk that customer service never replaced. So, as a result of this prior experience, I was hesitant to do business with Anker again. But, after seeing some independent reviews that rated this charger highly, I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. This charger is well-made and charges efficiently. I charge two iPhones, an iPad, and a Fitbit Charge HR, and it handles all of them with ease. The unit gets occasionally warm to the touch, but that is expected and not within the realm of concern. Well done!

I have 4 Anker chargers from 4 to 6 ports and all are working still and from what I can tell, charging like they should. I use one for travel and now my team members look for this 5 port device to charge their phones. I can't compare Anker to the competition because I am hooked on Anker from previous reviews and now as a user for almost 2 years.

I bought two of these chargers, one at home and the other at work. They are brilliant, charge so fast and can accommodate a lot of devices at the same time.After 2-3 months, my first charger ( which i bought earlier )had 2 bad outlets, bad as they stopped working completely, but the other three outlets were working fine. One month later, the other charger had exactly the same issue, and had two different outlets that stopped working completely.I dont think it is a coincidence, the same issue happened to two different device bought at two different times. So i think the make of those devices as durable as they should be, but i still like them.
