Green Tidings Natural Deodorant Vegan, Organic Deodorant for Men and Women, Fragrance-Free & Aluminum Free Deodorant, Underarm Antiperspirant [Orange Vanilla, 1 Ounce (Pack of 1)]

I usually get the lavender or unscented because I was nervous to try a new scent - these aren't "cheap"! But I am so glad I gave it a try. This is a beautiful subtle floral scent. I did have an issue with the container this is dispensed in though - the twister on the bottom just continuously spun and the stick never rose up. They gave me a refund though so I will order another one because I've been using this brand for years and it's the best natural deodorant I've tried.i have read that people get rashes from this brand, and I am one if them too. If I put this on immediately after shaving my underarms, I get a bad rash for a few days. Since uve been using this for so long though I know to wait a few hours after shaving to put it on. It's worth it to me! I've tried other deodorants and its basically like wearing nothing at all. This stuff really works.

Smells nice, the feel/texture is good too. It leaves some visible deodorant "balls" behind if you just rub it on, so I always dab them up afterwards with the deodorant stick, it works... Wish the product was closer to $10 than $15, it's a bit expensive.

So, i am writing this review to let others know I have tried this going on a week now, switching from another deodorant source that was aluminum free but made me smell like a guys underarm. I have never written a review for anything so i felt inclined to let you know that i am enjoying it. I ordered orange vanilla. They need more fruity mild scents to try out. i know there is another citrus one i will try next but all the other scents they offer dont interest me one bit. besides that though, i havent got any underarm irritation, which i did happen to get with the other brand ive tried, it hurt and itched sometimes which is obviously uncomfortable(i will not be mentioning the other brand name because it works for my twin sister but she doesnt work as hard as i do, =P. ok, back to the review. I like the smell, its not super girly but it has a very nice aroma that actually holds the scent for awhile. the consistency is kinda pasty, which i like because you can put a couple swipes on and cover the spots you want and you feel more secure it will smell good for longer, which it does. I work in construction and i sweat often and my underarms felt good and i did not smell bad. Im new to the aluminum free search, like i said before, this is the second brand ive tried but for me there is no reason for me to look elsewhere because i like the scent i have and there is another citrus scent ill try and most likely like. Im giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because they have scent like lavender, floral spice, unscented, which i know some people are searching for. For me i want more of a buyer description such as: this deodorant smells good and its called lava flow, like a sweet strawberry scent mixed with coconut, something that is girly/womanly but not too lavendar, floraly. Again, that is just me and that would make me have more interest trying out other scents.

I can’t believe I’m one of the first people to write an Amazon review for a product! So excited!!! I even added the first pictures 📸 Too bad this time Green Tidings' product didn't live up to the excitement level.First off, I’m a fan of Green Tidings deodorant. I’ve tried at least 20 natural deodorants since I went all natural for skincare 10 years ago. I keep going back to Green Tidings even though it’s a pricier brand. It’s the only natural deodorant that keeps odor at bay for 24 hours. For years there appeared to be only two scents: unscented and lavender. Now they have several new scents, Floral Spice being one of them.Unless something is rancid, I don't take off stars for scent. What I love you may dislike, scent is very personal. I would say that Floral Spice is mostly floral, not spicy or musky. I actually like the scent, but maybe more for winter than summer. It's definitely more feminine, and perfumey.My issue is with the gritty quality of the deodorant. There are noticeable little lumps in the product, which are probably baking soda. If you've used natural deodorants and gotten a rash, it may be from the baking soda (either an allergy or from the texture.) The gritty quality is irritating under the arms. In addition, the product is also a little sticky/gooey, which none of my other Green Tidings deodorants have been like. It did not cause a rash but had me washing the product off ASAP at the end of the day. I actually still smelled fine after removing the product, but I was actually glad to be done with the Floral Spice so I could go back to the Orange Vanilla, which is smooth and easy to apply.My other issue is with the small tester sizes. I usually order the larger 2.7 oz and they last months. This 1 oz lasted a little over a week. About 1/3 to 1/2 of the product is in the bottom lifter, which can't be accessed. I wish I would have noticed that sooner and taken a picture. You can see the tube is about the size of the lid and it was about 1/2 filled, a stark contrast to the larger size which is filled top to bottom.On the positive, the performance is great. Still works for 24+ hours. The scent does fade slightly over a day. Now, it is just a deodorant, not an antiperspirant, so you can get perspiration on a hot day or when working out. Also, remember that less is more when using deodorants with baking soda. 2 swipes on each underarm at most. I use one swipe on most work days. Too much application can lead to irritation. When first using a new stick it may be hard to apply because of the flat top. Just stick with it and it will conform to your body. I’ve also not gotten underarm build up on my shirts. No staining either. The scent and product wash out with no pretreatment. I’ve also noticed that it does not leave white marks on shirts.Thanks for taking the time to read this long review. I never do reviews but this product is well worth it! I am a hair dresser so my pits are all up in people’s faces all day, it’s important to not smell like tacos (although some people may be okay with that). All products I use on my skin and hair are natural and naturally derived, this is something that is important to me! I feel like I have tried absolutely EVERY “natural” deodorant out there and I still have the ripeness at the end of the day. Not with this product. This is hands down the best natural deodorant I have ever used. No irritation, still smell fresh, and it lasts long because it’s a very concentrated product. I will never try another one. Keep in mind that if you are looking for something to keep you dry, natural deodorant isn’t the way to go. Order this now if you are like me and have used everything!
