I’m giving this crate 5 stars because it is so hard to find a soft-sided crate for a 26-lb terrier mix who loves to chew! We hate to crate her but there are times (like travel) when it’s inevitable. This is our third crate, and it is rock-solid amazing. It folds fairly flat to store and the secret to its stability/durability are the tension bars on the inside. So here’s the one downside I found...the strength with which you have to pull back on the receiving end of the bars in order to lock the other end in place is ridiculous. I have arthritis in my hands and have to ask my husband every time. It would seem impossible for a frail or elderly person to put this thing up and take it down. Otherwise, it is very well designed and constructed. Our pup did not chew or destruct any part of the crate and we lugged it in and out of a camper and truck all summer long.

I did not use this often, only on occasional road trips and it is now broken. I would like to know if a replacement or parts can be offered. Terrible product, could not get in touch with anyone for replacement parts.

Used this as a bed for my medium sized dog on the road. I was suprised how quick he was able to break the zipper due to the fact of how excited he was to see us and just broke through. A Jack Russell shouldn't be able to do that with ease.

I found this item a bit difficult to assemble initially but found it very easy to break down for storage. Next time I set it up I'm sure it will be much easier. I really liked the relative openness of the construction of this dog crate and found the top door to be very useful for removing and replacing my puppy. The material of construction held up very well to my puppy chewing on it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any of my friends who might be in the market for a puppy crate.

I dislike the fact that it is extremely hard to pull the two post together in the standing position. It took 3 of us to finally get the two rods connected on both sides. I like the fact that it stores and carries flat, however, if I can't do it by myself when putting it upright to use may be a big problem. Haven't decided whether or not to return it.

I LOVE this style of kennel and have owned them before. It seems to be of excellent quality overall, but the arms with the retractable tube that secures the frame are too long and absolutely impossible to connect, rendering this great product completely useless. Major bummer! I have upcoming travel, and am reordering this style of kennel through another vendor.

We bought this for our 10 week old Lab for when we traveled out of town. We ordered the size medium for him, and he still has plenty of room to grow! If this crate was any larger it would be difficult to fit in the back of my Chevy Cruze--so that's something to think about if you purchase it. Our pup does not chew at the screen sides, sometimes he scratches at it but he has not torn it apart. Very durable. We also keep this crate in our living room with the sides rolled up, and he loves to takes naps in it! Over GREAT purchase, highly recommended.

Love this carrier. We will be traveling extensively by car this fall and both my 50 lb English Setter and my 26 lb Chimix fit in here with plenty of room. Makes it easy to ensure they are save for travel and even getting in and out of hotels!
