MagnaFlow Cat-Back Performance Exhaust System Street Series Kit 15773

At first, I had a problem: The kit was missing one 2.5" exhaust clamp. I contacted the seller, and they had Magnaflow send me a clamp. I've only used the truck with the exhaust on it for a little while, to do a short road test. It sounds good. Muscular, but not so loud it would draw the attention of the police. I put an entire Magnaflow stainless-steel system on my 2005 Ford Ranger 4.0. This system has high flow catalytic converters. I do not know yet whether it gets better gas mileage or not, or if it has more power. The instructions could be a little better. It took awhile for me to figure out the layout of the pipes. This should be the last exhaust modification my truck will ever need.

Didn't like the position of pipes-straight out back under hitch assembly. Asked manufacturer for 2 stainless 45 degree slip on elbows. "We don't make them ". Got zero support from Magnaflow after they just got 700+ of my momey.Had to go to local shop and spend $80 to have 2 made. Now looks good. Sounds great.

If you have a towing package it will work but you’ll have to grind down on your towing bracket.

Don't do it!!! Magna Flow does not honor their "lifetime" warranty. The reason I bought a Magnaflow vs other competitors was the preceived quality and their reputation. I now find myself 10years down the road with an rusted out exhaust and Magnaflow offering nothing. I have the warranty card and I know when and where I bought (their on-line vendor). But by not having the original receipt they are giving me a run around. Now I can't drive my truck.Not a reputatable company, by a Flow Master.
