Want a Butterfly bar? Find a better price, more timely sent, & packaged better - good luck.
For '90s road bike. Purchased 24.5mm -told most adapt MTB or hybrid w/ alt. size & figure for their fittings.MUQZI Butterfly Bar, end caps, sponges, etc., As Described.Item Pkg. safe, arrived in Few Days.Seller includes sponges install. info - I've other pad plans re DIY.Impressed that if I needed a 2nd bar, I'd buy from this seller again.FOLLOW-UP -Figured this install was for later than near future, so, a winter project - But that's just me, that's the way I roll...Didn't intend to foam cover the Butterfly bar, but wanted the foam to cover the bars attached bull horns & drops...a stage thing: a.) Foam, where it goes.b.) Gel pads, where they go.c.) Gel cork tape wrap base, where it goes. d.) Sewn leather cover, where that goes.Cutting foam for fit was no worries, but I didn't want to use the recommended soapy water application method.1st tried talcum powder with the bullhorns - 'twas a tough go, but eventually cattle drove there, thanks to ibuprofin - and figured there's gotta be an easier way, soTried just a couple drops of 3-in-1 All Temp Silicone on paper towel, wiped bars, foam then slides, I kid you not, could not believe how Easy-Peezy-Lemon-Squeezy; Silicone dries, toot-sweet-like, then the foam stays put where it better if it knows what's good for it.I'll wager it's the best application method, you betcha!- Swan
