PROS:-Quiet. It's a little louder on startup, but still quieter than any other heater I've used. After startup, it is very quiet.-Safe to set next to other objects (at sides - do not obstruct front or back). Sides remain cool.-Fan function, as well as heat.CONS (and the reason for four stars):-Heat settings adjust in 5 degree increments. (Women can detect two degree temperature changes; men four.)-Thermostat isn't very accurate. The heater would turn on when set at its lowest setting (65), but a thermometer next to the heater said it was 72. A simple hotter/cooler digital adjustment would be better. It's for this reason we put our Soleil PTC-910B Sole Digital Ceramic Heater back in the bedroom despite it being much louder.

I use window unit air conditioners for heating and air. As they say they are for supplemental heat and after a few years or on really cold days they just aren't that great, of course I'm also cold natured. I bought this as a just in case one of the window units dies and one did yesterday. I was hoping it would keep it bearable until I could get a new window unit. Ya, I'll not be bothering with a window unit with heat. This little heater is absolutely amazing. It's not only heating my bedroom to a toasty 75 it's hearing the hallway as well. And it's a warm 75. Everytime I walk by our into the bedroom I find myself saying I love this little heater! It doesn't really blow that hot of air, just warm. But it really makes the room toasty. It's really quiet, when it first kicks on it's noisier for a second or two. The only downside is the temperature seeing, it's in degree's of 5. So while I'd like to set it at 78 my choices are 75 or 80. 80's a bit too warm even for me. I can definitely live with 75. I am just beyond impressed with this heater, I'd honestly pay 3x the going price for it.

Right out of the box it doesn’t work - no power, does the manufacturer even do quality control before packing? It looks like a pretty decent heater, but come on - something is loose inside the heater and does not even light up when plugged in, if you’re in a hurry for some heat, I’d be wary of thinking of this model - made in China, of course! Shipper sending replacement, will update review after receiving and using the replacement. Updated - received the replacement in 3 days, fires right up and seems to be working through all modes - very much like a Vornado in the ay it spreads air out - will see how it works through the winter and update as needed

There is no remote control. Pictures are misleading. I purchased this to go on top of a refrigerator so the lack of a remote is disappointing. Please update photos.The machine works well. I’m impressed by the tip over safety features.

I expected this heater to act more like a fan while heating. The fan speed while heating is much lower than the fan-function speeds. Also it stops circulating when the thermostat kicks off and when it kicks on the speed flares for a second. For this reason i wont use it in the bedroom. But i love it everywhere else. Our house is insanely drafty and stirring the air really helps keep our feet warm. It very quiet. Our cat sits in a shoe box in front of it and leans against the heater and she doesn't smell like burnt hair. Thats important to me. The thermostat type keeps my beloved from turning it all the way up or all the way down instead of making small adjustments to a dial. That alone makes this the best heater for the money.

It doesn't push out cool air as well as I would like. and it does not turn. But it does seem to heat fast. Since it is summer all I did was try it. But I will keep it and use it for the winter. My husband is always cold and wants the heat up this should solve that problem. And I thought the cool part had a temperature control also but it don't just high and low on the fan. So I will get a powerful fan. That is why 3 stars it is only 1/2 good.

First of all, if you expect this heater to blast you outta the house you are searching for the wrong product. For that search up King garage heaters.Otherwise this heater does as advertised for a room unit.

It is very QUIET and works great in our small porch. Have not tried the heater yet as it has been too hot to think about it.
