Rosanna Initially Yours Letter L Mug

It is designed beautifully and is the perfect size so the coffee doesn't get cold. Received many compliments on them. My husband usually hates to spend much on coffee mugs, but did not hesitate to purchase another four after a girlfriend gave us two! Quality of mine were very nice, and I have high standards.

I hesitated to order this mug as $15 for a mug seemed a bit ridiculous, but it was so pretty I really wanted it so I decided to get it. The mug design is just as pictured, very feminine and elegant, however the quality is pretty shabby. Along the bottom base of the mug there are several sharp edges where some kind of grit appears to have gotten "baked in" to the glaze. These areas are sharp enough to cut you and if you are like me and like to wrap your hands around a mug of warm tea, this mug is not the one for you, unless of course, you like to be cut. Perhaps it was just a one off, I'm thinking about trying to sand off the sharp edges myself, but I'm just concerned it will cause more harm than good. That said, I also noticed that it appears that this mug was re-glzed over an existing monogram. One the side opposite of the letter it's white but you can see a distinct outline of what appears to be the letter "z" under the glaze (I ordered an "L" mug.) It's possible that it's an "L" and they mistaken put it on the wrong side, only to cover it and correct it, but again, for $15 they should not be sending out second quality items.

These mugs are fantastic. So classy, so lovely to drink from. Great gift.

This mug is so cute! I got it to store makeup brushes on my vanity, I adore it! I'm sure it holds hot beverages just as nicely as it looks.

The mug is fine. The box came with expletives written all over it though. (Not the shipping box, the actual mug box)

Looking for a small gift that is personable has been found! Love the look and feel of this mug. I hate "thick lipped" mugs. This mug has a fine china like feel to it!

This was a replacement for a cup that got broken. It was my daughter's. I almost wish mine had gotten broken so i coul replace it with this one.
