Snyder's of Hanover, Pretzel Rods, 12 Oz Bag

Bought these on a whim and not thinking they would be included in the box with other items ordered. Only 12 sticks were whole and the rest were broken into pieces. No big deal as I wanted them to be broken in half anyway for what I was using them for. Now I wait for them to be on sale, BOGO, at the grocery store. Lesson learned. Pretzels are great with just the right amount of salt. It’s hard to beat Snyder pretzels.

Order extra, half of my pretzels were broken. A majority of the pretzels have a slight curve to them, they are not straight. I used them for chocolate covered pretzels and used the wax paper method to coat them because I was going for a marbled look. The curve does create a slight challenge but overall I would recommend using them. If simply dipping them you should just be aware of the orientation of the curve when sitting them down after dipping.

Great tasting pretzels, fresh, not too salty and a perfect size. Knocked off one star because they all were broken in the bag. This isn’t necessarily the product fault, more the shipping quality. If you need full rods, keep this in mind.

I am obsessed with these pretzels. I have always been a sugar snack person, but these pretzels are such a lovely salty snack! I've tried many other brands, they DON'T compare. These have the perfect snap, texture, saltiness. I buy multiple bags at a time. Amazon use to offer a 12 pack directly from Snyders, but no longer does. I would buy the 12 pack every few weeks.

Sure, a few may be broken on arrival but I enjoy the flavor and texture of these pretzels. Much of the coarse salt falls to the bottom of the bag so they don’t taste salty.

I've ordered this product twice. Both times there were three things I did not like: (1)The pretzels were on the stale side; (2) most of the rods were broken into smaller pieces; (3) a lot of the salt had been jostled off the rods leaving the pretzels too salt-free for my taste. Snyder makes a great pretzel but I will not be ordering this packaging from Amazon agan.

These pretzels are great. However I was ordering to make chocolate dipped pretzels for a wedding. One canister of them was half broken with crooked pretzels and the second I ordered was at least half broken but straight. I expected many to be broken, it always happens, that’s why I ordered two but for more to be broken than not, I wish I had just went to the grocery store and gotten bags of them. Pretzels are on the dryer side eating them alone. But they are a nice thickness and have just the right salt ratio. Pictures show all of the unbroken from two canisters as you can see it’s not much overall.

Love these for pretzel desserts…….a shame 1/4 of the container contents were broken

The best pretzels I ever had! Great value, they are great for dipping in chocolate too!

It is better to buy in store if you are looking for rods that are in tact, this is my second try and it was worse this time around. A waste of money for me.
