K&NRF-1014DK Black Drycharger Filter Wrap - for Your RF-1014 Filter

I had this filter that came with my short air intake on my truck for almost 10 years 80k miles - and after trying to clean it a couple of times... it just ... was too gunky. I know they're supposed to last forever, but the cost of the cleaning kit and the trouble involved in actually cleaning it - do yourself a favor and just buy a new one every 80k miles lol. also they have these pre filter little panty hose sock things to put on them, im put on one and well see if that makes them even last longer

Looks really good. Feels nice, really nice fine mesh. Washed my car and checked on it and it felt dry still. Stoked on it. Hopefully it'll keep my filter dry since it's an open air intake.

I bought this K&N cone filter to replace my old and worn out one that came with the car when I bought it.This filter actually comes in the 63 Series K&N Aircharger kit #63-1008 for the 99-04 Mustang GT so it bolts up no problems. This is the perfect pre-filter for my K&N cold air in-take filter. It fits like a glove and will preserve and prolong the life of the main filter.

HP increase?MPG increase?possibly....that's what the testing facility says... I trust the brand so im okay with it.one things i like about this is when I step on it WOP its sounds mean!

Bought as a spare for my truck. Just make sure you have the correct replacement number for your install (RF number)
