I find it really annoying when ads don't have pics of the ingredient panel, and when I ask, some bozo says "look it up." I spend hours everyday researching health topics and sharing the info for free. I also thoroughly answer questions asked by other members of the community. I'm thinking I'll start keeping a "bozo list" and not answer their questions. I really like this brand of supplements. I never have stomach problems when taking Pure Encapsulations unlike other cheaper brands. The capsule's are vegetarian (cellulose & water). I just began taking the Trace Minerals, I take one every few days basically for insurance as I have read that our food has fewer minerals due to the use of petroleum base fertilizers used on farms now.

My doc recommended that I take a dose of trace minerals daily to alleviate involuntary shaking in my hand. The type she recommended comes in a liquid form and she warned that the odor and taste would be nasty so I should take it in a quick shot, diluted with orange juice. I looked around for an alternative which would be less of a nuisance and opted to try this version because it is in capsule form. The awful smell (something close to dirty diapers and mold combined) is definitely present when I open the bottle, but I hold my breath and swallow the capsule as quickly as possible, and wash it down with lots of water. After a month, I have no more shaking. Taking a daily vitamin supplement wasn't cutting it for me and as someone once told me, the vitamins aren't much good without the minerals. I'll continue taking this as I've had no negative side effects and am delighted to no longer have the twitching going on in my hand.

Twice I've gotten this and both times labels have been torn off, the plastic safety seal is twisted and off in places. Appears to have been tampered with. Since no refunds available - which is wrong - I just throw them away.

Specific formula. I love this product because of it's specific mineral formula. Most trace mineral supplements (especially liquids) are filled with tons and tons of minerals (like fluoride and titanium) that fail to be minerals that are necessary to take everyday. This product has a very specific and well thought out formula of trace minerals that fails to have anything unnecessary. Refrain from listening to the hype of most companies in relation to their products and go with a professional brand like Pure Encapsulations. It honestly has changed my life and my wallet (for the better) since I started focusing on professional companies that supply professionals instead of health craze companies that are filled with ignorant hippies.

I am concern about this product because it has a bad odor like rotten boiled egg, I wonder if this is normal, I bought the product to l Serve Products. I am worry that there is something wrong with the product.

It does not have copper, if that's what you're looking for too. Better try other formulas from different manufacturers!

this has more minerals than other brands and i only purchase top brands. i like this one because it has a higher daily percentage. i am not one of those people who believes in natural, food based minerals. eat as best you can to get these whole, natural minerals, and still supplement in whichever manner you prefer as we are all so mineral deficient. i was using pic mins by thorne which does admittedly have higher percentages but this one has silica and other things and differences. so far i love and take with kelp and natural celtic sea salt
