Fit front to back is kind of tight, it pushes in on my forehead and gives me a headache after a while.

I had to replace the screws on the "visor" of the helmet almost Imediatly because they fell out. Also, the internal tinted sun screen could be tinted a LOT darker....

Wasn't sure what to expect for the price, but this helmet is of as good, if not better quality then helmets I have paid $200 - $300 for. Quality is excellent, fit was perfect, I take a large, I ordered a large, I got a large, and it fits perfectly. The strap is nice, vents have good placement, interior feels quality and is comfortable, outside feels durable. I have an HJC Spectre I bought a number of years ago, unfortunately its getting to the age it needs replacement soon, but at the time was the only full face, non-modular on the market that had the slide down interior sun visor, and I LOVED IT. And I love the inner visor on this helmet as well, doesn't have the couple settings on how low it goes, its either down or up, but I love having that feature and its placement is nice. On the HJC the lowest position would tickle the nose and I didn't like that, always set it to one of the 2 other settings, but this one, even though it only has one lowered position is perfect, not too low to bug the nose or anything, not too high that it isn't effective.I did buy this helmet because of cost and looks, my HJC and other helmets are still fine to wear, some are rather new still, but I wanted something that was safe while also looking really cool, so I did remove the peak and add a few cosmetic pieces to it and it turned out great! Honestly I was not sure what to expect like I said, but the cost and looks were right, but the quality is also there, so I am so happy to have a safe, DOT approved, "cosmetic" helmet to wear, and it does turn heads with the modifications I have made to it!

At first the helmet was really tight. Then after about three weeks the padding felt like it just didn't do anything and the helmet became really loose. It got so loose I ended up giving the helmet away.

Fitment runs 2 sizes smaller than what you would wear normally.

I recommend anyone this helmet for your first option honestly it's not even worth spending 600 dollars on a helmet cus once you fall in it you can't use it anymore gotta toss it out.But crazy thing is this is already my second helmet of the same brand because my last Bilt explorer helmet saved my head when I went down on my bike although I got a minor concussion it's way better then a cracked skull.The matte finish is on point and if you buy a all black smoked face shield you look super badass cus no one can see your faceAnd I wear a large and it fits just right and I'm 6'1" skinny 21 year old male.It's also pretty light and there enough space to put in my earbuds if I want to listen to musicAnd the shipping was super fast I literally got it the next day and I didn't even pay extra for shipping.

I bought this helmet at cycle gear because it seemed to have everything I wanted like a drop down shield. I dropped it walking to my bike and it literally fell apart. The foam popped entirely out of the plastic shell and the visor snapped out. This was from waist height and it fell to pieces. This is a death trap and because I of this I will never trust my safety to any bilt or sedici(cycle gear's other brand) equipment. Your life is worth more than this so invest a bit more in something that will keep you alive.
