Best Loaf Pans Ever Made!
Absolutely THE BEST bread pans ever! I've been making bread since 1973 and have used a variety of loaf pans. These are fantastic. I have never had anything stick to them...not even raisin bread or cheese bread. I simply give them a very light squirt of spray oil then, using a piece of paper towel, rub it all over the pan. Less than 1/8 tsp will coat it perfectly. The loaf will fall out when turned upside down, so be prepared. I also like the look of the horizontal lines it leaves on the outer surface of the loaf.For washing I simply wipe a soapy sponge on the interior, rinse with water, dry it immediately, then set it on its short end leaning against the backsplash to make sure water can run out of the rolled edged and seams. I am careful to blot corners and seams while drying so the resting dry time is negligible.I have two each of the 9x5 and 8.5x4.5 loaf pans. Since I've recently switched to making bread with my KitchenAid stand mixer, these 4 pans are getting a lot of use. I highly recommend these pans for baking bread.

Heavy Duty non-stick
These pans are amazing. Everything we've purchased from this company are great pans and I highly recommend. Solid pans and I've never had things stick even without using oil or anything to line the pans before putting food in them. Yes they are a bit more expensive but last forever and you will not regret having them.

Change in pan weight?
I love these pans! Everything everyone else has said about them is true. The nonstick coating is amazing. They are made to last. One weird quirk I noticed though... I ordered a bulk amount of these direct from USA Pans and then added one pan from Amazon a few months later. The pan I bought through Amazon is 4 ounces heavier. When I do dishes I find myself dropping the newer pan regularly because it's just so much heavier than the rest of them. I plan on ordering a handful more for the upcoming market season but am nervous they will all be heavier. It doesn't seem like a big deal but doing dishes after baking for 15 hours, it is something you notice.
