I made night cream for the eye with this and it worked. It'll work upto 1:2 ratio of oil to water. Without an emulsifier home made lotions and creams are impossible. Beeswax is not an emulsifier. Pasteurise your ingredients in a water bath for 10' first for best longevity and store the cream you make in the fridge

I am not using preservative instead I create small batch but phenoxy ethanol can be used as preservativeIngredients for making nearly 170gm lotion146 g distilled water4 g glycerin14 g emulsifying wax14 g shea butter22 g liquid oil of your choice (olive oil, almond oil, etc.)4 g vitamin E oil40 drops essential oils (optional)
