R&M Richards Women's Plus Size Lace Pant Set

Ordered this for our granddaughter’s wedding and couldn’t be happier. It’s lovely, fits beautifully & on top of that it’s comfy. After reading reviews I got brave & ordered a size down from my normal size and it fits nicely and won’t have to hem the pants. My only complaint is the way it was packaged for shipping. It arrived in one of those mailer envelopes with the hanger poking through the package! A thin piece of plastic bag ( no thicker than Saran Wrap) was the only thing protecting the fabric & it did leave a small scuff mark. So I would suggest better packaging.

The outfit is prettier in person..it had plenty of sparkle to it and I got many compliments on it...Unfortunately, I'm disabled and cannot stand up to show you all of the outfit. I will add this info though...I'm petite and this wasn't available in petite. I had 5 inches taken off the bottom but they did a wonderful job at the taylor.

I am a 2x and don't understand why clothes designers use clingy material for bigger women. My husband of 44 years said that I looked pleasantly plump. Yes, we're still married. I returned the outfit.

This is a great addition to my wardrobe. I bought it for a wedding and will get good use out of it for cruises and other events. I am happy with the navy color as it is versatile and flattering. It fit true to size. Quality of the construction and the fabric is very good.The one thing I had to adjust was to remove the shell from the jacket. I have no idea why this was not made as a three piece outfit in the first place as it is much more comfortable and fits better with the shell detached from the jacket. I also removed the shoulder pads as this is totally out of fashion. If you prefer to have a separate shell like I do and do not want to alter it, this is not for you. There are three piece outfits out there but I bought this one because it could be delivered on time for the wedding.

Love this! Very pretty and flattering on plus size, large tummy body. Tried this on in 18W and 20W and kept the 20W (Amazon Wardrobe); the 18W fit me but was a bit tighter through the shoulders and the pants just a bit more snug than I wanted. The color (Mocha) is different than the picture but even more beautiful in person. I would describe the color as a light dusty plum or mocha with plum undertones. The legs on the pant set are great for women who do not have large thighs and the pant is long but I would have to hem anyway.

I bought this to wear to a wedding and I am very pleased with the product. The fabric drapes well and the fit is perfect, except the pants are a little too long (I'm tall 5'8"). I don't like the shell being attached to the jacket, though. I am going to have it separated and transfer the shoulder pads to the jacket, which is how it should be constructed. I would give this 5 stars if I didn't need to reconstruct it. But overall, I am very happy with my purchase. It is a very attractive garment for a very reasonable price.

I read some reviews of this outfit and almost didn't buy it. So many complaints about the top being joined to the jacket. It really isn't an issue. Someone said it made them look frumpy. I thought it looked stylish and flattering. Face it, if you're wearing Women's sizes, you aren't small. I was concerned when I put it on that the pants wouldn't fit or be too tight since the top fit perfectly. I always have trouble with one or the other not fitting. I might have to hem the pants but I won't be wearing this until fall so I have time to shop for shoes and hem the pants if necessary. I am so excited to have found the perfect outfit so quickly.

I wore this lovely pantsuit for my granddaughter's Bridal shower .I received many compliments about the pantsuit .Very elegant & the fit was very good .

Did not like the pants but all in all it was a lovely outfit

A little too heavy for summer. Would be better in the fall. It was a little blah for a formal event but would be nice for Church or a causual gathering.
