This is perfect for my son. The blanket is made with good quality materials. It covers 3/4 of the top of a twin size bed, so it is portable for curling up with. If you want to cover the entire bed I would by a larger one,

I guess you get what you pay for. That being said, this blanket was made in China, and the weights don't appear to be evenly distributed through the individual sections of the blanket. The outter shell is not a soft fabric as I'd expect from a cotton material. I was reluctant to spend this much on a blanket, not knowing its source, but I have to say, lesson learned. Next time I consider a purchase like this, it will be from a business that I can go to, to check out the merchandise. I like Amazon, and all, but I do wish they would be honest and upfront about the sources of their merchandise, instead of just saying "imported".

Just what we’re looking for, a weighted blanket for our teenage son. Could pick the weight of 12 pounds, 15 pounds, and I believe 18 or 20 pounds. We needed a 12 pound and it’s been perfect. Nice cover and had a coupon that helped too! Would buy it again or give it as a gift. It is a bit slippery when new may put a duvet cover on it as well.

I am a bit of a smaller adult at 5'2 and got myself the 41"x60" 10 lbs blanket and I absolutely love it. I find it incredibly comforting and cozy. I have it on top of my duvet at night at it does not change my temperature at all. Even without an extra fuzzy cover it is comfy. The only problem is my partner was trying to steal it every night despite it being to small and too light for him! So I have had to buy him his own!! He is a restless sleeper and the blanket keeps him still almost all night - even my 10lbs when he needs 20lbs.

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend. I work away and the weight of it helps her feel like someone is there with her. It helps her anxiety as well. I’ve bought a lot of gifts but never have I had someone thank me for something daily. Would highly recommend. Its not very old so I’m not sure how it holds up over time.

Bought it for our queen size bed. Obviously it’s best for only one person, but my husband and I still enjoy it together. It’s just not as heavy on you. I have chronic pain, and the gentle pressure actually seems to be of comfort. Highly recommend! Wonderful price too!

Bought this for my daughter who has autism plus other mental health issues. She has slept and felt amazing comfort and peace since getting this blanket as gift from me.

My son is having much better sleeps with the blanket. It's weight is distributed more evenly than others. I wish I had purchased a larger one....not big enough for a 12 year old.

Bought the 10lb blanket for my 9 yr old son who would not sleep through the night-ever😡It's been a month, and a miracle, he hasn't got up once since getting this blanket. We are both getting great sleep now, he loves this blanket...and so do I.I use this blanket over a soft, fuzzy sheet. It's not a blanket I would cuddle up with, but it's great simply for the weight of it.
