Good, non-slip mat
This is a great mat! I have a thicker one, but like this one better. It doesn’t slip at all which was the main reason I bought it. I can do moves on the mat and feel secure. It’s nicely padded, but not too thick. Great mat!

Good quality and comfortable
Love the feel and texture! I like that it doesn't stretch all weird when I'm doing downward dog. There is a tiny bit if slipping in my hands when doing downward dog but not in any other positions. And not enough slipping to really bother me.

Good starter mat
This is a good starting point if you want to see how you like yoga without spending big bucks on a mat. I've been using it for regular vinyasa yoga, aerobic classes, and hot yoga for about 3 moths now.It stays in place pretty well on a smooth floor for normal/lower-intensity yoga classes, but the surface really gets slippery with hot/higher-intensity yoga. If you're going to be sweating a lot, I'd give this a pass or at least get a yoga towel to go over it. It seems pretty durable, but keep it away from your pets (my cat put some chips/divots in it when I laid it out to flatten). I like the color and thickness of the mat as well as the fact that it came with a strap and cleaning cloth.

Non-slippery
I really like it. It is much thicker than other mats that we've tried so far. The best part is it is non-slippery. It even comes with a strap.

Great texture and grip!
I’m no yoga professional or anything but I do spend a good bit of time on the mat. I’m a 200lb guy with bad knees and it’s not a bad mat. I have a cheaper mat that I put under this one and it’s the comfort of a half I’m thick cushion without losing all my stability.

Works great as an exercise mat
So far I've used this mat a couple of times as a exercise mat. Works great and very comfortable.

Started looking worn out very quickly
Nice and cushy. No slipping issues, no bad rubber smell. However within the first month of using it, there are very visible scratches and the surface has several peel-off of the material. Looks worn.
