Perfect with some issues
Iโm a runner and this is perfect for runs that I donโt need to use a bulky arm patch.I have a phone and iPod that both fit in this (without their cases) nice and snug. The problem is getting the phone back into the arm band once itโs out since the opening of the band is hard to fold up and slip the phone into. The best idea is to put your gadgets into this pocket THEN put the pocket sleeve on after with all the stuff inside. My suggestion to the maker/designer is to make the opening lip easier to access and open and the top covering less attached to the rest of the sleeve.

Love this for running!
I have been wanting a cell phone arm band for running and finally settled on this one. I initially ordered a medium, but it was WAY too big. I re-ordered a small, and it fits great. It's tight enough that it doesn't bounce around as I run. I followed the sizing chart, so the medium should have fit. I'm 5'4" and 128lbs. and the small works great. I do like that the band has some grippy nubs on the inside to keep the bad from moving around on your arm. I have sensitive skin, and it didn't bother me at all.

Wonderful idea.
Really like this. Bought 1 small and 1 medium. I am very small build and both are big on me. I use the small on my leg/ ankle to track steps.

Perfect Sleeve to Hold FreeStyle LIbre Bluetooth Device Miao Miao
I use these arm bands less to hold my iPhone and more to hold the Bluetooth Reader "Miao Miao" on top of my flash glucose sensor, FreeStyle Libre, but these HiRui arm bands work well in both cases. The *key* to these arm bands and what makes them superior to other similar arm bands is the section of silicone no-slip dots inside the sleeve. They keep the arm band on my arm and above the elbow. My arms are 12.5" and 13" in width: To snugly hold either phone or diabetic devices, I use the size Medium. This size ensures that the arm band will not slip down. I put the band on first, then add my iPhone 10 that is inside an Otter Box (phone in first works too). However, after a long day of wear, the Medium can be a little constricting to my arm and I have a pattern of dots on my arm after removal. This would only be an issue if you wear it for diabetic devices or other reason that have you wearing it for > 8 hours. To more loosely hold my diabetic devices, I use the size Large. The Large sleeve stays put with its silicone beads. I use this size arm band for around the house and when I sleep. It will still hold my iPhone on my arm.NOTE 1: I use either an elastic band by Miao Miao or a 3D printed holder to keep the Miao Miao Bluetooth device in place on top of the sensor underneath the arm band. Without these, it is possible for the Miao Miao to fall out, especially with the looser fitting Large size.NOTE 2: I use these arm bands for walking and low impact activities. I have not used these arm bands during activities that may jostle contents, such as running or significant arm movement. However, the pocket with top cover does completely envelope my iPhone 10, so I suspect the only issue, if any, may be slippage, not the phone coming out.For care, I wash these gently with detergent made for delicates and hang dry.I have all 4 colors of these bands and own 4 Medium and 2 Large bands so that I always have a clean band. The colors are much brighter than shown in the pictures. The pink is bright neon pink, the yellow is bright neon yellow and the blue is a deeper sky blue. The arm bands are well made and have two skinny pockets that go almost the length of the band and one large pocket for a phone. The latter also has a small hole with a well protected edge to enable corded earbuds to thread through. I'm not sure of the intention of the skinny pockets, but I use them for my chapstick.Lastly, I appreciate the reflective pattern on the phone pocket, which has held up to multiple washing and months of use, whereas other brands lost their reflective writings within a few uses.Overall, I highly recommend these arm bands for securing both phone and diabetic devices. I have 3 other types and brands of arm bands, and these work the best for me.

elegant and convenient but small size is not too big for a woman
I bought a few months ago a black armband Small size for my running and was very happy with that armband but I lost it. I ordered a yellow color small size armband and noticed significant change in size. The small armband is not small anymore. It does not hold on my arm any longer. So I thought, maybe I should buy the black one again. The black arm band came today and it is the same size as the yellow. It is small size maybe for men but not for a woman.Dear Company, you have a nice product. Please, make an X small size armband.Need X Small size.

Good for my needs
This sleeve is perfect for my needs; however, if you need access to your device while exercising don't buy this. You have to put your phone in the sleeve before putting the sleeve on, practically impossible to put the phone in with the sleeve already on your arm. Also, there's no way to access your touchscreen so if you need that, again don't buy this.If you're like me and just wear your phone for safety reasons, "just in case", then this is perfect.

Works pretty well
I already had the large size of this, but found that it slipped down my arm (lost its tightness) after a couple of weeks. The large size works if I'm wearing a sweatshirt, which has thick sleeves, but on my bare arm it's too big. So I ordered the medium (reviewed here) and it works better for those situations. So I have the large for thick sleeves, and the medium for thin or no sleeves. I have to put the phone in first before I slip it onto my arm. I also had to remove the rubber frame around my phone because it wouldn't fit into the sleeve with the frame around it.

NOT for wired earplugs / earbuds
Works well, stays in place while running, is NOT unconfortable. It holds large phones. I use it with a Pixel 6 Pro and it fits JUST OK (one mm larger than that and it won fit)But, for some design error the "hole" for any earplug is not on the top/bottom, but somewhere on the 3/4 of the length of the armband. So, if you have a large phone, phone + earplug connector won't fit, and even if it fits, the pressure on the cable twisting back to the hole will break itSo, the only option is to use wireless earbuds
