Wonderful assortment of recipes that cover all the major categories, with a really nice format. :) Highly recommend!

nicely bound hard cover book that is well orgainized, but does not have a lot of authentic asian recipes. Also it frequently lists the cheap $1 a pack ramen noodles, which are not the best choice for ramen dishes

I got this for my brother and sister-in-law for their wedding, not because I thought they'd need to save money, but because I know that my brother likes ramen. Bought this particular version because the cover was classy, not cartoony like some, and had the most recipes. They've used it at least once and love it!!

I was not impressed with this cook book. I can figure out how to add things to ramen so there were nor neat surprises or methods here.

Easy and user friendly recipes- has made that large pack of Ramen fromcostco disappear rapidly at our house! Especially great for teenagers onthe go...will be probably sending this off to college next year.

I am finding that I use this cookbook often. So far, every recipe that I have tried has been a winner. Very tasty recipes.
