Good variety of recipes
Great explanations in this cookbook with some good recipes. Challenging to make new dietary changes but this cookbook has helped a great deal. Would definitely recommend!

Wide variety of clean, tasty recipes
Purchased this cookbook to build a repertoire of recipes that fit my fodmap diet, and also appeal to my garlic and onion- loving partner!I love that the book includes pictures for every recipe, dishes from Various cuisines including vegetarian dishes, and lists both volume and weight measurements in the ingredient list for each recipe. It doesn’t rely on many prepackaged fodmap ingredients, which I appreciate since I try to eat clean. One critique is that the lunch recipes Don’t look like full meals… lots of fritters without any suggested sides.So far I’ve tried the curried ground beef on toast (good), roasted red pepper soup (pretty good), and the red wine tomato sauce (amazing) with chicken and roasted vegetables (just OK). My partner was only impressed by the tomato sauce recipe, but I’m convinced that there are other gems in this collection!Overall, really enjoying cooking from this cookbook so far. It’s pushed me to cook vegetables that I didn’t realize were low fod map (for example, the green leaves of shallots) and get excited about cooking… I can’t wait to try more recipes!

Missing pages
I love the recipes, but noticed the pages jumped from 78 to 102 when I was looking for a particular recipe. Noticed this a week after the return window😢

The best cookbook I've ever purchased!
If I could give this cookbook 10 stars, I would! It is, by far, the best Amazon purchase I've ever made.Not only are there amazing, simple-to-make recipes that my family loves, but the beginning provides SUCH good info about a low FODMAP diet. This way of eating was new to me and this book has made it so easy to understand and achieve - and I feel the difference.I would highly recommend this book to individuals and to health practitioners to recommend to their patiets/clients.Oh, and it's beautifully put together.I'm suitably impressed!

Every recipe is a winner
I bought this book at a time when I was feeling very despondent and as though I would never be able to eat anything good again. Everything changed after I started cooking from it. I have been using this cookbook for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. Even though I've identified my trigger FODMAPs (for the moment), I still keep coming back to the recipes in this book because I love them and they make me feel good. I particularly like the Butter Chicken, Crepes, Rice Paper Rolls, Pavlova, and Minestrone...but they are all good. I later subscribed to Alana's "A Little Bit Yummy" online recipe club and expanded my recipe collection. The recipes in the club are absolutely fantastic too.
