Chichi Gifts 2 Crystal Anniversary 15 Years Together Pair of Dartington Champagne Flutes Glasses with Crystal Heart Gem

These are beautiful glasses, nicely engraved, but ours arrived without the advertised crystal gem, with only two days to our anniversary. Using Amazon's internal email service, I contacted the seller, and received a swift reply, tellin me that they were stick-on gems which they would post, or I could return the glasses for the gems to be fitted. I chose to fit them.They arrived promptly the next day, and turned out to be plastic, with a sticky back. Unfortunately, the profile of the back is flat, so when fitted on the curved surface of the glass, not all the gem was in contact. Result? No matter how careful you are in washing the glasses, the gem comes off...So... Buy them for the quality of the glasses - and the helpfulness of the seller - but not for the cheap, nasty ,"gems".
