I replaced a Grohe hand held shower head that was installed in 2009. I ordered a Grohe replacement hand head shower head from Amazon (part Grohe 28421002 -Tempesta Classic 100 4 Spray Hand Shower, Starlight Chrome, which was poorly made. I find it difficult to understand why this part received so many great reviews compared to other shower heads with superior construction. In. addition the plastic shower head had to be twisted to provide each type of spray and I wonder how long the shower head would stand-up with repeated changes. I returned the Grohe shower head and purchased the more expensive and better made Hansgrohe shower head (part 26037001). The Hansgrohe shower head had a wider and better spray pattern. Also, you could change the spray pattern on the Hansgrohe shower head by simply depressing a button on the shower head. You get what you paid for and so far the Hansgrohe shower head is exactly what I wanted.

I was vacationing in April and one of the Air B&B homes we stayed in had these shower heads installed. I came home and bought one right away for my own bath! LOVE it and so does the wife! I know it is expensive, BUT it is so worth it! Pamper yourself, you are so worth it! I wish I had found out about the Hansgrohe Raindance shower head years ago!!!

Start out by stating that ALL my plumbing fixtures through-out the house are Hansgrohe. They're just hands-down the best residential plumbing fixtures out there. We renovated a Masterbath 5 years ago and used a standard Raindance S Shower head (which we love). I went to order another one for this recent guest bath renovation and couldn't get it shipped to my California address. I suspect because it no longer complies with CA Water Usage Building Codes. I ordered this low flow version of the Raindance fixture. This shower is a combo tub/shower has a 3/8" glass panel to about 1/2 way across the tub (and no door). The standard shower head would probably splash more water outside the tub than this one. So for me, in this application, the low-flow is probably best.

I bought this shower head as a replacement for a 2.5gpm Hansgrohe raindance shower head that I’d had for over 7 years. My previous one finally failed from a crack in the plastic. Similar to my previous one, this one is also made of plastic. The feel of it doesn’t really match the price point. I’d be happier to spend at most maybe 80 for this. The old version of this shower head, I had to rotate the head to access the different flows… it only had 2, rain and whirl. This shower head toggles the different sprays by pressing a button. It’s kinda nice to be able to toggle quickly and easily, but it does feel like this might be an earlier point of failure… only time will tell. This shower head has powder rain in addition to rain and whirl. My kids love the powder rain, I think they like how it falls like a delicate mist. It feels nice and I’m glad to have the setting, but rain is my favorite for efficiency of rinsing my hair. Compared to the old version of this shower head, the pressure with the rain setting isn’t as powerful. I noticed a mesh filter at the intake of the shower head that might be causing the pressure drop… I may pry that out and see if it improves the water pressure. I will update if I do. For now, it is adequate, but I liked the flow rate from old version a lot better. This feels noticeably lower and it takes me longer to rinse off. One final note, ladies you need this for the whirl setting. Overall, decent shower head. The price could be a bit lower for the quality and performance.

We bought this to replace an older Hansgrohe Raindance that is no longer legal in CA and which was leaking due to mineral build up. This new model is nice in the sense that you can press a button on the front of the sprayer to more easily change the spray mode. I notice that the spray stream is a bit narrower than the older model, however. I wish it could be adjusted to have a wide spray stream to better fit the name of the model (Raindance).

I got this to replace a 15 year old hansgrohe that had started to leak and fail. This new one is so much better. I removed the flow restrictor and my god the two full flow options are amazing. The third massaging option is also nice. Switching between them is now just a simple click of a button vs the old one that required rotating a dial. I’m about to buy a second one for another bathroom! Installation was quick and easy. I was able to reuse the old hose.

This is wonderful if you like a soft shower. I don’t. Removing the water flow restrictor was not enough. I bought a Couradric shower head for $16 and it’s perfect, especially without the restrictor.

I enjoyed a 'like' item in England on a trip and LOVED it. I opted to also but the extra long cord and it is a gam changer. It feels so light yet delivers an amazing however. My only complaint is that it shipped in an open box (first one got lost - box came with nothing in it). Most things from Amazon ship in outer boxes but this came in a very fragile package with a label stuck on it. I would have easily paid double, so spend a couple extra bucks on a sturdy tightly sealed mailer box.

Quick delivery, easy to replace. Works as expected but not sure how long it will last. It’s plastic.
