If other garage door greases didn’t work for you like they didn’t for me, give this one a try. After just one application, my garage door is incredibly quiet, so much so that my wife said it feels like we got a brand new garage door.

I've been using this lubricant on the advice of my garage door installer and it's performed well in keeping things moving. The only issue I have is that the propellant does too good a job - the spray is really powerful considering the size of the nozzle tube. The lube tends to splash about a bit if used on a close up item such as a door hinge; you might want to stand back a bit. Also be aware that the oil will tend to drop off of the door once it's raised if you lube the hinges, so you may want to lube the door when the cars are out of harm's way.

This works great to lube the tracks and door springs to extend the life of the door. Did not make a mess on the ground but definitely makes a mess of your hands after you spray it. Will buy again.
